This updated 1950's style luxury guest house has 730 sq ft of indoor space, and a 320 sq ft outdoor living room. The spacious bedroom includes a new top of the line king size bed, a cozy sitting area with a 32' flat screen television (premium cable, DVR, and DVD), and black out shades. Every detail of comfort and relaxation has been attended, from reading lights, to lap top table and iPhone docking station. The separate kitchen has a range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator, reverse-osmosis drinking water, a table for four, and everything you need for cooking wonderful meals at home. The full size closet, shelves and cabinets provide plenty of space to accommodate even the most indiscriminate packer! Because the weather is so inviting, the outdoor living room is furnished with heavy wood and cushioned sofa and chairs, perfect for a nap in the shade, or morning coffee and reading. The best thing about it, however, is the location! Just 1.8 miles from the U of A, and a 5 minute drive to downtown restaurants, museums and galleries. Hi Corbett baseball field is a half block away, and a five mile exercise path is fifty yards from the front door. Walk to the movies, a restaurant for dinner, Starbucks, the zoo, or the rose garden in Reid Park in 10 to 15 minutes. Also within a half mile are 2 great public golf courses, a large public tennis facility, public swimming pool and therapy pool. A bike path runs in front of the house, and several bus stops are nearby, within easy walking distance.

Just a half block from Reid Park, you can walk the 5 mile exercise path, visit the zoo, play golf or tennis, see a UA baseball game, stroll through the rose garden, see a concert at the amphitheater, visit the duck pond, or have a picnic in the shade. Starbucks is a half mile away at El Con Mall, as well as a Cinemark movie theater, Target, In-n-out, and many other shops and restaurants. University of Arizona is 1.8 miles away-- be at a basketball or football game in 5 minutes. Downtown Tucson restaurants, museums, and galleries are also just a five minute car ride.
