This prestigious 55 sq metre apartment (592 sq. ft), completely redecorated with excellent finishings, is situated on the first floor, the “étage noble”, of a renovated historical building dating back to 1643, with elevator and concierge. The house is VERY QUIET and has got an entrance hall, a large living room, a comfortable double bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen and a marble bathroom. The elegant and spacious living room boasts a decorative 18th century stone fireplace, 17th century up to 20th century oil paintings and gouaches, two wonderful armchairs produced by French artisans and two large windows overlooking the Seine and giving the chance to enjoy a fantastic view of the river, the Marie and Louis-Philippe bridges, the Paris city hall etc.. as well as the sight of the bateaux-mouches chugging down the river!
The kitchen is full equipped with any electric appliance (oven, microwave, silent dish-washer, washer-dryer, Nespresso coffee maker etc..). The bedroom is spacious and very peaceful and is characterized by a window on the internal courtyard, high quality modern furnishings, a monumental glass chandelier and a marble bathroom.

At disposal of the guests there are free internet WI-FI, Air Conditioning, TV LCD with Netflix, DVD, CD player and PRINTER.

The Ile-Saint-Louis, the very heart of ancient Paris, together with the other island Ile de la Cité, is an area absolutely unique and fascinating with its old-style buildings, tiny shops, restaurants and cafès. Furthermore it represents an excellent strategic starting point to visit the most famous attractions like Notre-Dame Cathedral, Sainte Chapelle, Conciergerie, the Tour Eiffel and others or districts like the Marais and Saint-Germain-des-Pres, many in a walking distance from the house, just off the bridges.

So the location and the house itself are just the BEST to feel the real essence of Paris from a luxurious and privileged position.

Dream vacation

Our family stayed 2 weeks at this amazing property! The location was ideal for a 1st time visit to Paris. All desired locations were easily accessible by walking or short subway rides. The island location allowed for a peaceful retreat at the end of each day. The architecture and furnishings of the apartment were absolutely beautiful! Catherine was a very helpful host who even arranged our cab to the airport on our final day. We can't wait to return! Book this property - you will not be disappointed!!

Magnificent views of seine

Perfect location for everything you want to do in Paris plus wonderful cafes right out the door. We watched the boats go by with a glass of wine every night. Catherine met us at the apt (earlier than check in time which was great for us!!) and showed us how everything worked. She was available to us by text the whole stay for anything we needed or had a question about in Paris. She also met us as we left for the airport.

Bijou on the Seine

How does one describe perfection ? It is often difficult;however, not in the case of this apartment. From the location, to the decor, to the comfort, to the kitchen, this apartment is indeed a sample of perfection. The property manager, Catherine, a bundle of Gallic charm on an electric bike, is perfect. The large comfortable bed is perfect. The wooden hangers in the closets, color coordinated to the room, are perfect. The luxurious bed linens and towels are perfect. The kitchen appliances and equipment are perfect. The US size refrigerator is perfect. The furnishings are perfect. The view of the Seine is perfect. The complimentary toiletries are perfect. The assortment of books is perfect. The plethora of lighting, including reading lights over the bed, is perfect. This apartment is perfect in every way. Book it !
