This beautiful, two bedroom, two bath condominium sits directly on the Bay at Fifty-Third Street!! It has a private boat slip so feel free to bring your boat along on vacation! There are two private parking spaces and the beach is only a block away!!!
This unit is newly updated with a nice sunroom to sit and take in the beautiful scenery of the bay. It has cable TV in both bedrooms and living room. Queen bed in master bedroom and 2 double beds in the second bedroom. It also includes a VCR/DVD player, coffeemaker, hair dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. Fagers Island, Mackey's Restaurant, Seacrets, and Candy Kitchen are next door. The Convention Center is only a few blocks away. Also, there is a jet-ski rental place onsite. This is a family oriented condominium. YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO APPLY AND YOU MUST BE PRESENT DURING THE ENTIRE STAY. SORRY, NO TEEN/SENIOR WEEK GROUPS.
