Clean and attracive condo with all the comforts of home and a boat slip at the front door! Beach gear, games, Wifi, complete kitchen if you want to cook, but not necessary with Mackeys, Fager's Island, and Seacrets a short walk away. Owners extremely helpful and easy to work with. Had a blast and can't wait to go back!

I recently stayed there for a girls weekend and loved the place. It was a very cute place and convenient location for the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. It was wonderful having the scenery of the bay right outside our window.

My family and I needed a place to stay overnight on our way down to OBX. While researching Ocean City, MD I found it extremely difficult to find a condo for one night since most only rent for the week until Sue contacted me about their Bayspot unit. The price was very reasonable and I was extremely excited after seeing how nice the unit was from the pictures. Well, the pictures do not do it justice. The unit was very clean and decorated so cute, you definitely got that shore like feel when there. The view is great and my kids loved the enclosed porch area. It is a very kid friendly unit and there are toys for the kids there to play with. Thank you to Sue and Bill for making it a easy and affordable stay over for us.

My family of 5 loved this condo. Amazing view, close to the beach, restaurants, water sports, market, very clean, provided everything we needed, great furniture and entertainment for all family members. We stayed here for a mini week when we got married in OC earlier this month. I can't say enough great things about this place....excellent location, beautiful interior, amazing views, etc. The owners were wonderful and very accommodating, making sure we were pleased and stress free for our wedding weekend. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. I know we will definitely be back!! Thank you Bill and Sue, your hospitality was so greatly appreciated. Your place helped make our wedding weekend perfect!

Owner response:Great location in midtown Ocean City for a mini vacation for a full week get-away! Central to all locations. Macky's right next door provides wedding and receptions right on the beach for a picture perfect location! Secreat's is 4 blocks away. Bus transportation to the inlet. No need to move your car. The evening sunset on the bayside is right at your doorstep for cocktail hour! The ocean is one block across the street. We have had the best tenants. Congrats Kate & Steve!

I recently stayed here with a group of girlfriends and we were very pleased with the place. It's in an awesome location, walking distance to all the popular bars and restaurants in the area. The condo was clean and the owners are nice and accomodating. Would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Ocean City.

My friends and I go to Ocean City, MD every year for Memorial Day weekend. We were first time renters of BaySpot, and were extremely happy to have made the choice to stay there. The condo was perfect in everyway you could imagine! Great location, very clean, and it felt like a home away from home, plus, the price was more than reasonable! I would reccomend this place to anyone!!

We stayed at this condo this past weekend. We were a family of 2 adults and 6 children including 4 teenagers and we felt comfortable and quite at home. Centraly located yet away from the main road and in front of bay. It is in mint condition and quite clean. We will certainly consider renting this condo again. In addition, the owners, Bill and Sue were a pleasure to deal with. They kept in touch prior to our arrival and followed up after our departure. Certainly a great value for families.

I recently stayed here with my girlfriends for a birthday weekend and it was a great experience - so close to everything and in very nice condition. The condo was spacious and comfortable and the views were wonderful! I would definitely rent again!

My husband and I stayed at Bayspot for a few nights last week. What a wonderful experience it was! Bill and Sue made everything so easy and smooth from beginning to end. The condo was perfect in every way..from the most cheerful decorations to the beautiful screened porch with an awesome bay view! The rooms were very large and perfectly clean...and anything that we could have wanted was supplied. The condo was in a very nice area of OC and parking was convenient....many restaurants close by, and ocean only a block or two away! We spent lots of time on the wonderful porch watching the bay and the beautiful sunsets. All in all, this was a most wonderful experience in every way. We will definitely return for another visit! Thank you Sue and Bill for a great few days!

Easter weekend

My wife, son, and I stayed over the Easter weekend at this condominium. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The unit is cheerful and inviting: everything is well arranged, from the dishes to the furnishings. The decorations are also great: they add a touch of whimsy and put one in a good mood to enjoy the stay. There kitchen is open and pleasant, and makes a large area with the adjoining living room. The covered balcony/patio is a great plus, with impressive views of the bay. There is absolutely no problem parking, and one is within a short drive to any location in Ocean City. It's about a 10 minute drive to the heart of the boardwalk area. There are also good grocery stores up the road, with many seafood, Italian, and other restaurants scattered around close by (there is even an unusual Chinese-Indian restaurant withing a 3 minute WALK from the condo; the food is pretty good). We really enjoyed our stay and would like to come back to Ocean City and this condominium in the neart future! Thank you! Max, Seonja, and Andy.

I highly recommend staying at this condo. The condo has an amazing bay view and is located extremely close to the beach. The boat slip that came with the condo was in a great location with easy access to the bay. The condo is located really close to some great restaurants and nightlife, while also offering a place to enjoy a quiet relaxing evening watching the sunset. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at this condo was spectacular. The view was fantastic, the condo was clean and furnished. We were in a prime location. Close to restaurants and the bus. We are already planning to come back again next year and would recommend this condo to anybody planning a trip to Ocean City.

My stay at the bayfront condo was excellent. The place is very cute & it is nice that the paper products & cleaning supplies are there so you don't have to run right out to buy them. The views are spectacular! The location is very nice & I liked that there is a keyless code entry so you don't have to worry about getting locked out.I would definately stay here again

Amazing Vacation Home

This place was amazing. Immediately after we arrived, we were looking to eat dinner and have drinks at some kind of beach bar/restaurant. We went straight to the sun room, which was extremely nice, and realized that Macky's was right next door. Perfect! The fact that Secrets was right next door was also great. The owners were also more than helpful and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying at this place and doing business with the owners.

Beautiful bay view! Who includes all your paper products and cleaning supplies!!!! No vacation home I have ever stayed at! It was awesome. Macky's on the bay and Seacrets 4 blocks down! Amazing location! Had sunset view cocktail hour everyday. Highly reccommend! We had a blast!

I was so pleased with our stay in this beautiful nautical themed condo. The condo was spacious, had a lovely view of the bay and was stylishly furnished. The owners were a dream to deal with and even left a welcome basket upon our arrival. The area is quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying in this condo for a great OC vacation.
