Built in 2001, Casa Paloma Blanca offers 2500 sq ft of indoor space and 1000 sq ft of outdoor space. The main living room has retractable patio doors for a wide open 180 degree view of the ocean and opens out to the main terrace with heated swimming pool & Jacuzzi.
Master bedroom has a king bed and direct access to the pool/jacuzzi and the courtyard. The large en-suite bath features a large open air shower with a spectacular view. The first guest bedroom has a king and en-suite bath and the other guest suite (studio) has two twins that can be converted to a king, bathroom & private terrace with an ocean view. The studio suite also has it's own TV service, a fridge and a microwave and outdoor kitchen area.
Other amenities include air conditioning throughout, purified water system that serves the complete house, large fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, Satellite system with 52" LCD TV, wireless internet access, long distance calls to US & Canada included, CD Stereo system with ipod connecton, DVD, built in gas BBQ and more.
Caretakers are on site in separate house. Beds are made up daily and full maid service three days per week.
This home is located in Terrazas de Costa Azul area of San Jose del Cabo...it is a short distance to the beach (five minutes walk or 2 minute drive) and is a five minute drive or so from downtown San Jose.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We bought our property in 1986 and designed and built our wonderul home in 2001 ourselves. We love living here and are happy to share our good fortune with others who visit our beautiful home.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The view is fantastic and every time I walk into my own living room I am amazed and so thankful that I live here. We designed the house to be all on one floor for ease of living and so it offers good communication to everyone who is living or visiting in the house. Whether you are in the kitchen cooking or swimming in the pool, you are constantly in touch with each other. We also opted to not have a roof on the shower of the master bath and this has been a blessing as we constantly get the best breezes all through the house from this wonderful shower.

Cabo was a fantastic holiday! We loved the pool and hot tub and the fantastic view as well as the awesome sound system. The hospitality was great indeed! We recommend Zippers for a fun and casual beach dining evening and La Cancionas for a quiet dining experience ... go hungry. Great location and very convenient for San Jose and Cabo ... we felt very safe here.

This was the perfect place to welcome the New Year and to celebrate several family milestone birthdays! We will remember it always.
