Fabulously decorated, on the eighth floor of Tower three at Long Beach Resort. Tile throughout. Two oceanfront master bedrooms with floor to ceiling Oceanfront windows. Oceanfront living room/dining room has 20 foot wide floor to ceiling windows and doors on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Window coverings are Black Out Drapes instead of Verticle Blinds. Only 14 floors/tower, each tower has two elevators which means little or no time waiting. Less crowded than newer properties who now have 20 to 25 floors. Easy parking with plenty of spaces available. A covered drive through right at the door makes loading and unloading especially nice.
Both masters have king beds with custom bedding. One master has a top of the line Sealy Posturpedic mattress with extra thick pillow top. All beds have high thread count, 100% cotton sheets. One master (along with a king bed) also has a full bed for children or grandchildren.
Each room has warm home accents that give the feeling of walking into a luxury home, rather than a rental Condo. Both bedrooms have doors that open onto the 40 foot balcony. The first master boasts beautiful marble top dresser and nightstands along with a matching entertainment cabinet which holds a 27" TV wih a DVD player and a vcr player. Both bathrooms have huge garden tubs (and showers) for soaking away the cares of life.
The kitchen has upgraded cabinets with tiled counter tops and a mirrored backsplash. There is a breakfast bar with four barstools for extra seating. The dining table is hand painted, round and has four chairs. The living room has all new furniture,boasting two recliners, a love seat and a queen-size sofa. The entertainment cabinet holds a 32 inch TV, with DVD and VCR. All rooms have chair railing. The floors are tiled in living area with burber carpet in the bedrooms.
The balcony has two Adirondak rockers, two lounges, each with custom cushions and a table and two chairs for dining on the water under the moonlight. The floor is tiled. There is a ceiling fan and light, which makes it more comfortable in the mornings and evenings.
Long Beach resort has the best floor plan of any Condo, NEW or old, on the beach, with all rooms (in the 2 bedroom units) open to the beach. There is a large Lagoon pool which has an island and waterfall, 2 smaller pools, one large hot tub and 2 smaller hot tubs. One of the smaller pools is heated for comfortable swimming in early spring and late fall. There is also a lighted tennis court right on the premice.
Pier Park is just a short drive down the beach and offers dining, movies, shop until you drop shopping and a great place for daily walks.

Why the Owner Chose Long Beach Resort
We have been vacationing in PCB for at least 25 years. We love it here and Long Beach Resort has been our favorite since it was built, and in 25 years, we have had the chance to stay in most of them. We have always gone through VRBO because owners give the very best of service. PCB has changed drastically in all of these years, but Long Beach Resort REMAINS THE BEST. We now have Pier Park, which offers everything from shopping to dining with every kind of food one would want. Our family has had some of the most wonderful times here. Ally Grace loves it here so it is my prayer that we will have many more family times here for years to come.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Long Beach Resort has the very best floor plan on the beach. All windows and the sliding glass doors offer floor to ceiling gulf front views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexice. We also have plenty of parking with parking right out in front. NO parking accross the street and taking multiple elevators. We have 4 towers and each tower has 2 elevators, so minimal or no waiting. There are only 14 floors per tower, so no HUGE crowds. We have 3 pools, one lagoon and two small. Our unit has everything you would need. All you need to bring is your swim suit, towels, clothing and some food. If you decide to cook while vacationing here, our unit has the best cookware. Two sets at that. We recently bought a new washing machine so when you have to wash clothes, it will take no time at all. Relax in the two recliners inside and rock the world away in our two rockers on the deck. We try to keep the very best sheets for your comfort. Everything we do, we do with our renters in mind. So, come, enjoy and stay a few extra days.

The picture is of me and my beautiful grandaughter, Ally Grace, who is 2 years old and the center of our lives. My husband is Gary, who is retired. We have only one daughter, Sherri, who is married to John and they are the parents of Ally Grace. John is the best son-in-law in the WORLD. I mean that too! I could never say enough about Sherri so I won't even try. I have health problems which prevent me from riding 7 hours. Therefore I don't get to the condo very often. We are so happy with our little condo and when we are there, it is like a peaceful retreat and close to heaven. God is so good to have blessed us with our beautiful daughter, our son-in-law, our Ally Grace and this place where we can retreat to. We have had some beautiful times with our little family and when we are alone. It''s just a wonderful place and we have the most beautiful beaches in the world.

We have been wintering in PCB for seven years, This winter has been the best. Spending 3 months at this lovely Long Beach Condo. Well equipped,clean and cozy. Most rentals we have had are just that a rental, This was home for us, even our friends commented on the warm feeling when entering. Our hosts and owners Joan and Gary Morris were very gracious and helpful. We liked it so much we are coming back for 4 months .next winter,

Thank you for sharing your condo with us :) I just planned a trip for my mom, sister, and me for a long weekend getaway. We had a blast. Your condo is so roomy and homey. There aren't many places we stay that feels like home, but yours certainly did. We love the layout of your place...both bedrooms being on the ocean side. The views were amazing! There was so much room!! We loved having a parking lot right outside the condo so we didn't have to walk across the street...and no waiting for the elevators...even better! My mom and sister go down every July for my niece's softball tournament and they are already talking about reserving your unit. It was very nicely decorated as well. The pools and restaurant/grill were so convenient and nice. Thanks for making a trip one we will remember :)

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Morris, We just wanted to thank you for allowing us to rent your Long Beach Condo. It was wonderful. It was the best we have ever rented, very tastefully decorated and the beds were so comfortable. Even with the back problems I have, I slept great and was up early every morning ready to go to the beach. Although the weather did not cooperate as well as we had hoped it was a wonderful trip. The accommodations were absolutely great and the views were spectacular! You were correct when you said it has the best floor plan, we agree wholeheartedly. We hope to be able to return in the upcoming year and we definitely would love to rent from you again. I found the condo by visiting the "VRBO" website and found the condo to be exactly as described by the owner. There's plenty of room for 6-8 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed. During the stay we enjoyed the beautiful sandy beach and ocean. No signs of the Louisiana oil spill surfacing to the beautiful beaches of Panama City Beach. The pools and entrance to the condo is well maintained and clean. Very convenient to enjoyable restaurants such as Angelo's, Pompano's, Pineapple Willie's, McDonald's and even a Waffle House....most in walking distance. Ship Wreck Island water park and Pier Park are few minutes away. During my arrangements and conversations with the owner they were very courteous and pleasant. My family and I will definitely be a repeat customer and will recommend to our friends and other family members. Top Notch condo and surrounding places to have fun with the grand children, shop and dine.

Wow, what a blessing to find this slice of heaven in Panama City Beach! The condo was amazingly clean, well stocked and so warm and friendly. It was the perfect family Spring Break location for a family with teens who wanted to be in the mix, but enjoyable for all! The location was perfect. We really felt like we were at home in your condo. My boys are insisting on us buying a set of recliners like the ones you have! Lots of great napping took place after a long day at the beach.
