Christmas Week is still available so I've lowered my prices for the winter! This large, two bedroom, two bathroom condo with sleeping loft in quiet, west-end neighborhood near lift seven. All bedrooms have high-end queen bed and mattress set and 300+ count cotton linens. The loft has a queen bed with a daybed. Master bedroom has private bath with steam shower and vanity, with additional vanity sink/mirror adjacent and a separate entrance. Original artwork decorates the interior beautifully.
Both bedrooms have six drawer bureaus, cable TV's with VCR/DVD players in each room. Wireless internet is available in the building usually at no charge. Full kitchen with convection oven, ceramic stove, microwave, etc.,complete cooking and serving utensils, pantry and full size Maytag washer/dryer. I spent over $50,000 redoing the interior with upgraded finishes including a ventilating skylight in the loft as it was my private home until about a year ago! Plus, the assoc. spent $2.6mm on the exterior over the last year, (almost $70K was my share!) So, the place is nice and it's a terrific value. Covered parking, a hot-tub and a swimming pool (only 2 swimming pools in Telluride!) and only a 5 min walk to central business district!
This condo is directly across from lift seven for easy access to in-town skiing and there is a town loop bus stop out the door for 2 min. ride to Main Street shopping and the FREE gondola. Buses every 10 minutes, or walk 5 mins on the river trail. Clark's Market is 100 yards to the north and the lift ticket office and ski lift are 100 yards to the south, right next to the indoor fitness center. Hiking trails are right out the door and FREE, covered parking is included as is the on premise swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ and more. Quiet and private, this is the best deal in town at this kind of price.

- Ski-In: Ski down and cross the river to the front door. It's only 100 yards from the lift and the bottom of the ski hill.
