This 1200 s.f. two bedroom, two bathroom condo with sleeping loft in quiet, west-end neighborhood directly across from lift seven. All bedrooms have high-end queen bed and mattress set and 300+ count cotton linens. The loft has a queen bed with a daybed. Master bedroom has private bath with steam shower and vanity, with additional vanity sink/mirror adjacent and a separate entrance. Original artwork decorates the interior beautifully.
Both bedrooms have six drawer bureaus, cable TV's with VCR/DVD players in each room. Full kitchen with convection oven, ceramic stove, microwave, etc.,complete cooking and serving utensils, pantry and full size Maytag washer/dryer. We recently spent over $50,000 redoing the interior with upgraded finishes including a ventilating skylight in the loft as it was our home until about 3 years ago! Plus, the assoc. spent $2.6mm on the exterior over the last year, (almost $70K was our assessment) So, the place is nice and it's a terrific value. Covered parking, a hot-tub and a swimming pool (only 2 swimming pools in Telluride!) and directly across from the ski lift and ticket window for easy access to in-town skiing.
There is a town loop bus that stops right next to the condo for a 2 min. ride to Main Street shopping and the FREE gondola. Buses come every 10 minutes, or walk 5 mins to downtown Telluride for shops, restaurants and nightlife. The local grocery store, Clark's Market is 100 yards to the north and the lift ticket office and ski lift are 100 yards to the south, right next to the indoor fitness center. Hiking trails are right out the door and FREE, covered parking is included as is the on premise swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ and more. Quiet and private, this is the best deal in town at this kind of price.

We purchased this condo to live in before we ended up moving (twice!) We continue to rent it thinking we'll retire here in 2016 and eventually enjoy Telluride like the visitors who stay with us. Enjoy our condo. We love it here.
Why the Owner Chose Lulu City
We need a home that works. Not a "ski condo" but a full-function home, ie, a full-size Maytag W/D, a cooktop that really cooks... a convection oven that can hold a turkey. You get it. A full-size pantry that can store everything we use, plus lots of closet space. We need covered parking and a quiet place to sleep. This "town-house" style condo has no neighbors above or below making it truly a restful place to come home to.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Perfect for a small family. We lock-off one bedroom/bathroom for people who don't need it, saving them $75/night. That makes it huge, and still a bargain.

Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home, Neal. Carol and I enjoyed the full kitchen and especially the fact that the skylight opened to cool off during the days. It was a pleasure to come home! The place was well appointed and very handy for getting onto the river trail and walking in town. Too bad we don't ski or we'd move in. We'll definitely be back next summer. "Hello" to Deane at the Gallery. It was a perfect summer vacation.
Recommended for:Families with young children, pet owners, tourists without a car.
