This beautiful home is located in the 720 acre gated community of Corte Bella. It is a Del Webb active adult Country Club with friendly people! The smoke-free home was completed in 2005. It is 2070 square feet, plus covered patios in the front and back yards.
It has two bedrooms plus a den, a great room and dining room, a very large kitchen with eat-in breakfast nook, two bathrooms and a laundry room. This house is an easy walk to the fitness center and golf club.
The house has upgraded porcelain floor tiles, berber carpet and custom wood blinds throughout. The walls are custom painted with two tone paint. THE HOUSE IS FULLY FURNISHED WITH EVERYTHING NEW. With ten foot ceilings, the house is airy and bright and beautifully decorated. There are plants, silk trees, pictures and decorative items in all the rooms.
The living room has a comfortable sofa and matching loveseat, two end tables with lamps and a matching coffee table. The entertainment unit holds a 32 inch TV, a VCR/DVD player, as well as a stereo system with tape deck and CD player. There is a ceiling fan with lights set on a dimmer switch.
The dining rooms has a light wood table with an inlaid design and six matching chairs. Tablecloths and placemats are provided.
The kitchen is HUGE, and fully equipped. There is a separate nook with a maple table and four chairs. The counters are easy clean upgraded Corian. The kitchen cabinets have pull out drawers for easy access.
Large appliances include a 26 cubic foot refrigerator with water and ice dispenser on the door, a GE Profile oven and microwave, a dishwasher and a smooth top stove. Small appliances include a coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, mixer, crockpot and electric can opener.
There are dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans, baking essentials, plastic ware, etc. There is also a set of plastic dishes, bowls and glasses for the patio. There is a phone with answering machine on the kitchen counter.
The master bedroom has a very large bay window that looks out to the backyard. It is furnished with a cherrywood queen sleigh bed, a large dresser, mirror, two nightstands with bedside lamps, a TV with VCR and a ceiling fan with lights. There is also a clock radio. There is a phone on the nightstand as well.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, a large birch dresser and matching nightstand, a mirror, a bedside lamp and a clock radio. It also has a ceiling fan with lights.
The den has a very comfortable sofa, which can also be used as a queen sofa bed, a cherrywood computer desk with hutch, a matching bookcase, a computer chair and a small wicker dresser. There is also a matching swag lamp for overhead lighting.
The master bathroom has two sinks, a Roman Tub, separate shower and a linen closet. There are plenty of linens, blankets, towels, and beach towels for the pool/healthclub. There is also a large walk-in closet (with hangers) to hang clothes. The second bath has a tub and shower.
The laundry room has a Whirlpool washer and dryer. There is a garage door opener, and the landscaping is watered automatically with an irrigation system set on a timer.
There is a bench seat on the front patio. The back patio has a ten piece patio set including a glass top table with four chairs, two additionals chairs with ottomans and a small table. There is also a bar-b-que.
This home has been furnished with EVERYTHING that we need and want to make this our "home away from home." We are sure that you will be happy with it as well.
