Professionally decorated, beach house style, this three bedroom, three and a half bath Villa is a dream. Only a short four to five minute stroll to the beach, located next to the world famous Van De Meer Tennis Complex, your stay includes one hour of FREE tennis per day with advanced reservation. Coligny Circle is a short walk and provides many amenities including restaurants and shops.

The moment you step into this bright and airy end unit, you will feel comfort and stress free living. All furnishings are brand new for 2005. The spacious, main floor plan includes a fully-equipped kitchen with dinette, formal dining area, and half bath. The relaxed upholstered living room furnishings contain beach colors of blues and sunny yellows. Walk outside the sundeck, down a spiral staircase, and enjoy the sub-tropical climates relaxing poolside.

No expense was spared for our comfortable guest bedrooms on the second floor. Our queen-size guest bedroom boasts a comfortable pillow-top mattress and furnishings inspired by American Shaker and Arts and Crafts-style. This room has its own private bath, cable television, and ceiling fan. The second guest bedroom is a bright sunny look.   • This condo is by far the nicest place i have stayed in the south forest beach area. Very tastefully decorated and SOOOO close to beach . We will be back again and again I would Highly reccommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stress free vacation. this is truely a "10" Thank you for letting us stay at your beach home.

  • I just got back from a three night stay at your Villa at South Forest Beach. On a scale of one to ten your place is a ten. It was so big, bright and airy. I've stayed in many rental properties but never one so magnificently decorated. We played golf at the home of the P.G.A. tours MCI tournament at HARBOUR TOWN GOLF LINKS, My friends and I could'nt believe how close it was to your Villa at 98 Courtside. It took us about seven minutes to get there. Thanks for a great stay, we can't wait to come back and stay in the fall. Gil
