Our newly remodeled OCEANFRONT studio in the Lahaina Shores Resort is on the fourth floor with a beautiful view of the ocean and the island of Lanai through floor to ceiling glass doors opening to the balcony. Use our telescope and binoculars to watch the whales in winter and enjoy the lights of the cruise ships anchored in Lahaina harbor year around.
Go downstairs and relax at the pool or get some sun on the beautiful manicured lawn while lying on the chaise lounges provided. A few steps away is a gate to an inviting quiet sandy beach where you can snorkel and swim. Lahaina Shores is within walking distance of the Front Street Lahaina shopping area with a multitude of restaurants, galleries, boutiques, and museums. Right next-door is a quaint mall with many shops, a convenience store, and five restaurants, including one with a popular Hawaiian Luau and show six nights a week.
Our entire condominium has been beautifully remodeled with a mirrored entry, tiling throughout the unit, and a kitchen area in black and white tile reminiscent of Tuscany. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishes, porcelain sink, etc. Let the soft sounds of the ocean surf lull you to sleep. The living area has a sofa, comfortable easy chairs, a 32 inch flatpanel Sony HDTV with DVD/VCR, free high-speed internet access(you just need to get code from front desk), FREE local telephone calls, and a top-of-the line stereo. There are two very comfortable queen-size Murphy beds. The balcony is a wonderful place to sit and watch the whales or just enjoy view of the turquoise waters and palm trees.
Lahaina Shores with its peaceful elegance is a lovely alternative to busy, expensive resorts. Once you have stayed there, you will want to come back every year. Frommers describes Lahaina Shores as "Maui’s hidden jewel of a hotel." Come stay with us soon!

We had a lovely time in this condo. The details we enjoyed we're the well equipped kitchen and bath, the boogie boards on the deck, sun umbrellas , beach bags all ready provided . Murphy beds are a great idea as they leave room to sit in the living space. Complimentary wifi was appreciated. Sunset views are unobstructed And beautiful every evening. We already anticipate a return !

There were two things that were perfect about this place...Location and View! You are literally a stone's throw from the water. The palms are perfectly spaced as if there to frame the view. We used the murphy bed closest to the window because I could actually wake up in the morning and see the water while laying in bed! The space is tight but worked great for two people, especially when you put the murphy bed back up during the day. More than 2 people would feel cramped. Also, I think the murphy beds might be difficult for elderly people to work with. I loved the 505 Front Street shopping center right next door (beach side). It's so close that it really feels like part of the property. We had dinner at the Pacific'o, which had great food, beautiful decor, and outstanding ocean views from its open air restaurant. We also had breakfast at Betty's Beach Cafe at the 505 shopping center. This was also a perfect place to go! Lahaina shopping is just a short walk away. I think we walked into town just about every day over our 4 day stay. More shops and restuarants than you can imagine. Like I said, great location! I love snorkeling but didn't bother trying to do it in front of the condo. It looked too shallow, so I spent time at Black Rock in Kaanapali, which is a great place to sunbathe and snorkel. Just a couple negatives...toilet had a slow leak and was always running (couldn't really hear it over the ocean waves though) and no wireless internet (tough if you use an iPad) but there was a network cable. Other than that, we loved the place!

I don't think I could say anything bad about this place even if I wanted to! My boyfriend and I spent 5 wonderful days here and I can not think of anywhere better to spend our time in Lahaina. It was so great to just take a quick walk down the beach to the main street of town, and to sit on the lanai each evening and watch the sunset over the nearby island of Lanai. Mary was quick to respond and so helpful in assisting us with anything we needed. There is no doubt that if we return to Lahaina, this will be the only place we stay!!

This condo was amazing, and the Lahaina Shores resort is a perfect place to stay. The listing very accurately described the condo. It is fully stocked with everything you need on your vacation. I originally thought a studio might be inconvenient or too small or lack storage - that is definitely not the case with Katherine's condo. The murphy beds, while very comfortable, also allow you the space you need during the day, and are very easily accessible when you are ready for them. The condo was spotless when we arrived, and had absolutely everything we could have needed during our stay. Katherine was wonderful to work with from the minute we booked the condo until we arrived home. Any questions I had for her were answered immediately. My husband and I would highly recommend staying here and we plan to do so again just as soon as possible!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Katherine's condo 9 nights Dec 2010. Our favorite part was leaving the screen door open and listening to the waves as we were falling asleep. The location is prime. Close to everything! The property is very lovery.. very beautiful, clean and quiet. I would highly recommend this to a couple looking to get away from it all. I hope we can get married in Maui in the near future:)

This condo is everything and more..Right on the beach.. beautiful sunrise and sunset..stocked kitchen. Comfortable, convenient.. front desk staff is very helpful.. Laundry down the hall.. Katherine has beach chairs, a cooler, boogie boards-all for your use.... Walking distance to downtown.. Sit on the deck in the morning with your coffee. BBQ's for dinner.. chilled glasses in the fridge..Cant wait to return... Mahalo Katherine..

This is a wonderful suite in the best property to stay in Lahaina. The well equipped unit has everything you need to feel right at home from the fully stocked kitchen (including cooking oil, spices, etc) to the wonderful view of the ocean and all the beach toys you need to enjoy your stay. The parking in the complex next door is cheap and super convenient, but you'll walk everywhere in town anyway since everything is so close. The building has a lot of long time returning guests who know it's the best place to stay in Lahaina and are very friendly and can guide you on the places to go (Annabelle & Warren's Magic Show is a blast) and those to avoid (Bubba Gump Shrimp Factory is fun/kitschy, but the food is mediocre) The pool is refreshing, the hot tub is the social centre of the complex and the beach is right at your doorstep - one of the few beachfront buildings in Lahaina. Mary and Katherine were a pleasure to deal with and made the rental process a piece of cake. The staff at the front desk were very helpful with any questions or issues and provided the code for the internet without a problem. You won't regret staying in this unit at the Lahaina Shores - I know we'll be staying there again the next time we come back to Maui!

Thank you so much for an absolutely perfect vacation. I am a retired airline employee and have traveled and lived world wide. The entire process of booking this condo was incredible. The owner was extemely accomdating with our schedule and the amenities were "undersold and over-performed." The location is perfect with lots of dining opportunites and the low parking fees in the garage next door were most appreciated. The condo was perfect, both in location and in comfort. I especially appreciated the front desk staff and the concierge folks who booked our tours. We look forward to returning and will definitely book these accomodations in the future. Thanks to Katherine for going out of her way to make our vacation the best ever.

Katherine, I just wanted to thank you so much for everything! I am so glad we found your place. It was PERFECT, from location to how fully equipped it was! It was so romantic and perfect for our vacation (my boyfriend proposed on the lanai while we were having a romantic dinner outside), we also slept with the lanai doors open the whole time to fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of the waves! I fell in love with Maui instantly and I would love to return and stay in your unit, it was worth every dime! I have also recommended your place to all my friends! I was sorry to have missed you the day we checked out. Hope we can meet on our future visit. We plan to get married in September of next year so the chances of us having our honeymoon in Maui and wanting to stay in your unit are very high! Again, Thanks for everything!
