The apartment is the second story of a beautifully remodeled two story house, located one block from Rio del Mar beach, one of the most favorite beaches in the Santa Cruz area. Walk the beach and enjoy the great local restaurants, the coffee shops, and deli.

Then relux or barbeque on the sunny deck surrounding the house. The living room is spacy, light and sunny with an open kitchen with eating counter, and has a queen-size sofa bed. The bathroom has a full bath with double sink. The bedroom has a queen-size bed.
