The open concept kitchen, dining room and living room is perfect for large gatherings and has two JennAir Stoves and two Refrigerators. The living and dining rooms have a wall of glass facing the lake. The living room has a fireplace.
The house sits on an Island (accessed by bridge) at the mouth of Ctr Harbor where you can see the Mt Washington Boat make it's daily trips. If you like to ski, Gunstock, Loon and Cranmore are all within 20 to 40 minutes. Hurricane 232 FD 23' Boat for rent, $1,450 per week.
