Lake Side of House - Lake Winnipesaukee Waterfront Vacation Rental The house is a modern 4 Bedroom house with 4 additional guest rooms and plenty of room for gathering and entertaining. It has Central AC and A Hot Tub that sits 40 ft From Lake Winnipesaukee. It has a large Dock with several boat rental places within 5 miles. There are steps into the water from the dock down to a sandy bottom lake front. The house has a large deck with southern exposure, you can watch the sun set until 8:00pm during the summer time. Large game room with Bumper pool,Foosball,Hockey and Big Screen TV. There are 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 guest rooms, with over 4,000 square feet to spread out in. The open concept kitchen, dining room and living room is perfect for large gatherings and has two JennAir Stoves and two Refrigerators. The living and dining rooms have a wall of glass facing the lake. The living room has a fireplace. The house sits on an Island (accessed by bridge) at the mouth of Ctr Harbor where you can see the Mt Washington Boat make it's daily trips. If you like to ski, Gunstock, Loon and Cranmore are all within 20 to 40 minutes. Hurricane 232 FD 23' Boat for rent, $1,450 per week.
