Restored 1700's Farm House known as the General John Alger House. There are 7 bedrooms, one with its own fireplace. The large L shaped Living room has two more fireplaces. There is a large eat-in kitchen
as well as a separate dining room. The game room has a pool table, dart board, 30" TV, Stereo, DVD and surround sound.

The house is located on 150 acres, 50 of which are cleared and open fields. Perfect location for snowmobiling with acess to the major trails from the property. There are 3 ski mountains all within short
drives, Sunday River 10 miles, Mt Abrams 3 miles, & Black Mt. 15 miles. And,numerous cross country ski trails.

The area has a huge assortment of stores, restaurants and antique shops. The Androscogin River is minutes from the house and there are places to rent kayaks and mountain bikes. There are several 18 hole championship golf courses nearby.
