Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is nestled in the Brentwood/Allandale neighborhood, an established part of North Central Austin that has become idyllic as a trendy and popular area just minutes from downtown. Tree-lined streets and original, one-story homes with some local Austinites that never left, make this a perfect Austin fit. Make sure you experience lunch at The Little Deli- a great spot for both pizza and sandwiches. Expand your dining choices by venturing out just a short drive to visit the Triangle or Lamar. Uchiko is an amazing sushi spot with a great happy hour on Lamar Blvd! The triangle has an abundance of dining options- from Mexican food at Maudie's to Italian grub at Mandola's- you won't be disappointed! Our accessibility to all things Austin makes this home ideal. You are a quick 10 minute jump to downtown, just 15 minutes from the airport, and just 5 minutes from Austin’s premiere shopping at the Domain.

The vintage feel throughout our home is enticing. You walk into a formal sitting area with a plush sectional couch and unique décor. This room flows into an open kitchen with a connected dining room as well as an informal den with extra sitting areas and a twin pull out. Three bedrooms down the hall off of the living area house 3 queen beds and two full bathrooms- one connected to the master and one in the hallway. There is plenty of parking in our driveway, under the carport, and on the street. Our expansive backyard is fully fenced-in and dog friendly. The nearby parks and wide streets are perfect for walking your furry friend each morning. We recommend strolling down to Thunderbird coffee for a cup of joe and a tasty taco after your morning walk!
