Newly decorated throughout in a stunning and elegant Provencal style, The two-level villa has an attractive and large living, dining room with open fireplace. The kitchen is very well equipped with pantry. The upstairs air-conditioned Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and terrace has a panoramic view over Cabris.
On the ground floor,one bedroom with twin beds and one washbasin in cupboard, 2nd bedroon has a double bed.Both bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, shower,toilet and two washbasins.Seperate toilet in corridor.
The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful, well groomed garden with typical provencal trees, flowers, and shrubs. The swimming pool is eleven meters by five meters and is entirely terraced and completely fenced off. There are three major terraces, partly covered, with dining tables.
The house has a child's cot and high chair.

Linen and towels are included in the rental price. Linen/towels will be
changed after each week. Same applies for four hours cleaing. In the
event the house is left in an unreasonable condition then a supplement
will be charged.
Price is per week, based on a two week booking.One week bookings are
subject to a surcharge of 200 euros.
