The house manual and customized welcome guide will make your feel like a local, with tips on favorite restaurants and shops, farmers markets and a contact for everything you might need during your stay.
LAUNDRY: Separate laundry with washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES: The home is cleaned once during rentals of 2 weeks, and weekly thereafter for rentals of 3 weeks or more. Additional cleanings may be arranged for an extra charge.
PARKING: 2 garage tandem parking spaces with direct entry to the home.

50% payment is required to secure the property. The second half is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. There is a 3% processing fee on all U.S. credit cards and a 4% processing fee on all non-U.S. credit cards. There is no fee for U.S. wire transfers and a $45 fee for non-U.S. wire transfers. ACH bank transfers are accepted with no additional fees.
U.S. residents are required to purchase $5000 in property damage protection coverage from CSA Insurance - this policy costs $99. As CSA Insurance will not cover non-U.S. residents, a $5000 security deposit is required by renters who do not live in the U.S.
