The condo is directly on the beach and overlooks the 4 pools (including two kiddie pools) and the Gulf of Mexico. Located in the center of The Summit, you may enjoy breath-taking sunsets and panoramic gulf views from a private balcony.
The unit is nicely decorated and has tile floor in the living room. With a king-size bed, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and two built-in twin bunk beds, it will sleep up to six people. Linens and towels are provided. There are two private phones and two color TV sets with cable and a Toshiba VCR/DVD/VCD/CD player. Iron is also available. Rooms have free wireless Internet connection.
The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing and serving meals. A built-in microwave, oven, automatic coffee-maker, and blender serve your convenience. The refrigerator has an automatic icemaker.
The Summit is close to the two largest beach clubs in the world: Spinnaker and Club La Vela. It is secure and gated; the parking lot and grounds are patrolled by onsite security. The Summit now has a new ice cream shop and free Internet Cafe. It is a great place to make your family vacation a memorable one!

I just wanted to thank you for renting to us. Your place is beautiful! It was very clean and everything thing was in great shape! The weather was nice but the beach could have been better. Thank you again and if we go to PCB next year I will give you a call.

Everything was awesome,the location of the condo, the ease of finding everything from a central location. The staff were friendly, and dealing with the owners was very easy. We got a great deal and will come back on our vacation next year.
