A wonderful space

Great location. Lots of comfortable space. A wonderful place to share with family! Easy access to supermarkets, parks, restaurants and the metro. Our first VRBO experience and would recommend this home to everyone. The arrangement was ideal for traveling with our daughter, son-in-law and one year old granddaughter. Room for all of us to stretch out and relax. Others joined us for dinner and we still had lots of space. Daily metro trips to the center of Brussels (as well as train access to other cities) were convenient (50 meter walk) and painless, even with a large stroller. Owners provided excellent guidance for travel, sites to see, restaurants, and appliance use. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, garage, internet access, tv, dvd player, computer printer!

Wonderful place for touring Belgium

This apartment was great experience-excellent accommodations, fully equipped, great location. We drove to Holland, Antwerp and Ghent from apt plus 3 days in downtown Brussels. The drive out of town was very easy, minutes away from Ring road. Subway to downtown just half block away. Wasn't season for sitting out but rooftop patio would be great with cooperating weather. If you have a car, be very careful in tricky garage entry. Very happy we found this place and the owner is most cooperative in all respects.

Great Apartment!

This was a fantastic place to stay in Brussels. The photographs on this page really do not do justice for what a great apartment this is. We stayed here in mid-May and found the location to be very convenient (close to the metro) in a nice, quiet part of town. The apartment is very clean and bright –many windows - and the deck is fantastic. My wife and I came with my father-in-law and my daughter (who is studying in Liege) met us and stayed as well. With three bedrooms we had plenty of room and privacy. The owners were very easy to work with and provided great information about the apartment and the neighborhood to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Our only regret is that we did not spend much time at the apartment, other than to sleep! We took day trips from Brussels to Ghent/Bruges, Amsterdam, Liege and Maastricht before heading to Munich for five additional days. I highly recommend!

Your home was lovely; and was extremely convenient to the metro, which we took every day. Also, to and from the airport, we took the Express Airport Bus (#12) to Schuman station, and the metro to Tomberg, all for 3 euro. It was a snap and super inexpensive. We travelled to Antwerp, Brugges, and Waterloo. In retrospect, because of the time involved with taking public transportation to Waterloo, it was not a good use of our time (metro to Gare Centraal, train to Waterloo, 15 minute walk to info booth, 15 minute local bus ride, 10 minute walk, and finally - the battle site; and then return!). However both Antwerp and Brugges were lovely and certainly I would recommend them to anyone. We even found the farmer's market around Gare Midi (I think it was that one...). We always look for outdoor markets wherever we travel, as it's a good way to feel like a local! On our first day, we did walk to your local park (out front door, left, left, right...) wandered the park, which was full of students... Easily found the GB grocery store. Your home is in a lovely neighborhood! We have rented extensively through VRBO and have never been disappointed. Yours however was the largest and most modern (there's a lot to be said for modern bathrooms!).

Really enjoyed our stay at this apartment; it was exactly as descibed on the website. Light & spacious in a peaceful area of Brussels, yet within few minutes walk of restaurants, a good supermarket & metro/bus routes. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish. Definitely recommended!

Our family just returned from 10 absolutely wonderful days at this apartment. I was struck by how sunny and warm it felt - we opened the windows and let the air flow through and it was quite relaxing. The location was wonderful - the neighborhood quiet and convenient to the Metro (just a few short steps). We loved it and will definitely stay here again (my mother is from Brussels and we still have family here). I highly recommend the apartment.
