A wonderful family vacation awaits you at the beautiful newly renovated St Regis Ocean Front Resort ~ No booking fees or hidden costs. Cleaning is included with a weeks stay! What a deal~ Our unit is all updated, new furniture and freshly painted~ BRING YOUR LAPTOP as we are wireless. Plus we have three TV's and DVD players! The unit is clean and bright! You and the kids will love it!

More importantly, just remember ...it's time to relax and have fun! Join us at the spectacular St. Regis Resort for a perfect vacation. We have EVERYTHING you need plus a view of the ocean from many rooms! Our resort offers an outdoor pool with cabana bar during the summer months, indoor heated pool with jacuzzi, tennis, fitness center, and shopping on the grounds (seasonal only-June-August)! Relax and enjoy dinner at one of the restaurants on site. Or have some fun with the kids at the local ice cream shop! Fishing from the beach is a highlight of many.

You never have to pack up the car! Our unit is located on the second floor of building two overlooking the indoor pool, with a view of the ocean from many rooms! We are right in the middle of everything! The outdoor pool is between building two and three and the store is in building one. You can also take the elevator right up to the restaurant~ There is a TV in each bedroom and one in the living room plus three DVDs. We are wireless too~~!!!!

While you are here, take advantage of the local golf course or rent some boogie boards (available on site) and go for it!! Our island is a turtle sanctuary so take a minute to visit the sea turtle hospital or stroll along the beach and watch the dolphins swim by! Our condominium is on the second floor and an easy walk to the ocean! There is an elevator for your convenience! Relax, enjoy!!

We do require a security deposit of $100 per week or $500 per month. Cleaning is included in weekly rentals and linen is an extra charge of $55. Security deposit is returned 30 days after departure.

Check-in is at 4 pm, Check-out is 11 am or earlier. No pets or smoking allowed.
50% Deposit required at time of booking, balance due 30 nts prior to check-in.
Linens service is $55. Plus tax and security deposit. Saturday to saturday stay
Includes cleaning otherwise there is a $65 charge.
