Our five-year old home is ideally situated between the ocean and the bay. This is a desirable location and our home has wonderful views and spectacular sunsets. It is an upside-down, custom-designed home with four bedrooms (three with private decks plus a deck off the great room). The house is bright and beautifully decorated.
The beach is just across the street and can be partially viewed from the upstairs front deck. Parking for five cars on property. There is a two-mile promenade within one block of the house - great for morning walks (great time to see the dolphins swimming), biking (2 bikes for your use), running, and roller blading. There is shopping and great restaurants within walking distance. The city has a full recreation program including beach walks and two nightly outdoor concerts each week.
