What a wonderful week in your place. It is gorgeous and accommodated our large family quite well. It was a memorable week with my daughter’s graduation from Clemson and her engagement party and my other daughter’s graduation from JMU. Loved the lake, played horseshoes, swam, floated in the water; nothing could have been better. Hope to come again, only thing we didn’t get to do was jet ski and take the boat out. Next time !!!

This was a family vacation that has been a long time coming. My husband enjoyed fishing and playing his Xbox in the theater. We enjoyed watching movies; my youngest enjoyed fishing and she caught her first fish and enjoyed playing in the sand. My oldest enjoyed your movie collection. The view from the house is beautiful. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your house. We hope to make this an annual vacation. Everything was wonderful. Thank you.

We just arrived back from Lake Keowee on Sunday (stopped in Aiken to see my mother). We had a mixed group of family, friends and a long lost cousin. We had a wonderful time everything that we did. The lake was unbelievable. We are used to being on lakes in unstate Ny, NH and Maine. This was by far the BEST! Loved having the little beach and water so pleasant you could just walkin and enjoy. The boat is a must, we had all adults who loved to either swim, water ski or tube. What a blast they had! Enjoyed Monday night football on big tv! Played games in the yard, and many places to play card games or board games for all of us. Every morning enjoyed the screened porch for coffee and just enjoying the lake! We were lucky, friends have a family home up on the northern part of the lake that had suggested it would be a good place for vacation and they were right!

Every rental has bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.. But how many have a Theater with first class equipment, plus a fine electric piano where we could sing and entertain each other? ! It is well maintained, well decorated, and very well instructed on using every appliance and technology in the place. This owner was most accomodating of our emergency situation that required rescheduling--a very nice person to work with. Located at a close drive to multiple fine resturants, this was a perfect place for "off'season" relaxing when the lake was beautiful, if too cold for swimming! We loved it! We played horseshoes, basketball, and good walks outside, but we'd like to try it in the summer with boating and their private sand beach.

A long weekend in November, we had five couples whose children have grown up together & are now in college (several at Clemson) stay in this house. The size worked well for us since each couple had a bedroom & three had their own bathrooms, while the other two shared the upstairs one. The kitchen was well-stocked with items we needed to prepare our tailgate food and there were plenty of other supplies & conveniences, including two coffee makers for regular & decaf. It was an easy drive into Clemson & after the game, most of the traffic goes the other way towards Greenville or Anderson. We enjoyed going into Seneca to Rudy's on Ramcat Alley for dinner one night - excellent!

We have stayed at many vacation rentals but the Grandis Getaway is one of the very best. The owners have thought of almost every amenity to truly enjoy your stay. The property is located in a very convenient location on the lake and just a quick drive into town. But if you stay here there would be no need to go anywhere else. This home provides everything...Just bring your clothes and some food and your set. The home was a lovely modern decor and extremely clean and well maintained. And the added bonus... they allowed our 2 four legged children. The only bad part about the trip was having to leave. We will defiantly be back.

We vacationed at Lake Keowee the last week of July with our 3 kids and 2 of their friends. We travel alot and have stayed in several homes and this is definitely one of the best. The kitchen is well-stocked and great if you want to cook. Very nice grill on the large deck. Lots of things for the kids to do and places for them to hang-out. They were close enough to be safe, but could spread out enough to give everyone elbow room. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone.

Mike, Just wanted to tell you that we had a WONDERFUL time in your lovely home. The pictures did not do it justice. It was much more than we expected. The best part was that everything was spic & span. The kitchen was so well equiped and many things like the toilet tissue and paper towel was certainly a plus. Love the decor. Every May me & my siblings and their spouses get together at a half way point and we look forward to coming back next year. Thank You! Rodger & Brenda Morris Sterling, VA

We spent 10 days at the Grandis Getaway during what SC called the coldest weather in 7 years. We spent a lot of time inside watching movies - the theater room was great. The house had every amenity you could ask for and then some. In addition, we found the house has been well-maintained and very clean. Thank you!

Our family Christmas get-together was as perfect as a Norman Rockwell painting. The young and old enjoyed this beautiful, family-friendly home with it's warm, comfortable, beautiful and superb amenities. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day was a joy and a blessing that will be remembered by all forever through the many photos and videos that were taken. There were four generations of family for the holidays ranging in age from 77 to 1 year old. There was something for everyone to enjoy, thanks to the Grandis' thoughtful preparation of their home for guest visitors.

Our family of 12 (g'father, 6 sons/wives, 5 grandchildren) has never been under 1 roof together until our visit to the Grandis Lake Keowee house. Upon arriving, the college-aged grandchildren got all choked up, because, as they said, "this place is perfect!", and it was: absolutely "as advertised": beautiful property, lavishly appointed, all details thought of, in advance, by attentive owners. It was a wonderful, wonderful weekend. We never left the property (except by boat!), because we never needed to: it was all there. Thanks Michael and Joanne -- the Gross family looks forward to returning soon!

We had 6 couples and 8 children of varying ages during our stay. Our children wanted to move to Grandis Getaway which I think says it all. I cannot say enough about how impressed we were with the accommodations. We all kept commenting that the website didn't due the house justice and that it was even nicer than expected upon arrival. Having amenities provided to us such as toilet paper, paper towel, soap, etc., all just made the visit that much easier. The lake was absolutely beautiful and the boating was fantastic. Anyone looking for a perfect vacation spot need not look any further - you found it.

We had a wonderful experience at the Grandis Getaway. We found the home in very good order with many amenities. The layout of the house was very nice. Management was extremely responsive to our suggestions and any minor issue we encountered. This makes a world of difference when in a strange home & area for a week. We would recommend this home to anyone needing a relaxing time away.

It was our first visit to this area. We had a FUN time!! Having the boat was awesome. I grew up with lakes but never one so clear. You could see the fish from the dock. Even though the catching of the fish was negligible we enjoyed the attempts. We would be back for sure.

This house is everything advertised and more. There was so much to do that we rarely left the property. We have rented houses in the Outer Banks and Lake Hartwell over the last 10 years and this one is by far, the best one yet. Having the boats available for our use was definitely the way to go. You won't find a better house with better accomodations in this prime location. I HIGHLY recommend it.

From the minute we walked into the Grandis Getaway,we felt at home. The house was well kept, fresh and clean. All rooms throughout the house are spacious and comfortable. There is more than plenty linen, towels and other necessities for your stay. The lake is not far from the back door down a gentle slope. The dock provides a great place to fish or just sit and enjoy the views. The stress free atmosphere made this vacation the best in many years. Thank you again for the use of your home.

This is a wonderful house for a large group with everything you need for a good time from pinball and game systems for the kids (okay and for the adults) to the canoes and kayaks to the kitchen and roominess of the house. We went with 6 children and 8 adults on a VERY rainy New Years weekend and we had such a good time we are looking at going back next year. It's a great place to go and just hang out.

We stayed at the Grandis property over our spring break. This was the first time that we vacationed with my husband's family- two sisters with their children.Total we had 11 people and two dogs. This house was wonderful for such a trip. This house was picked for two reason. Number one they allowed us to bring our dogs. Number two the teenagers would have internet access. Well this house is certainly much more than that. The tremendous space provided everyone with what they needed. We never felt that we were on top of each other. The neighborhood was incredible. The lake was do die for. Our only mistake was not renting the boat when we made our arrangements. Not enough positive things can be said about this rental. We have rented four times through cyberrentals and have referred many people to do the same. This house is number in our book; Lake Keowee is by far the nicest lake we have ever boated on; Seneca is a must see destination. Being from northern NY, we forget that the south has dry counties (for us that means no rain). After driving for 15 hours we just wanted a beer. Well, no beer on Sunday. Next time we will research the meaning of dry!!!!We will return.

We loved the lake house! We wanted for nothing. The house is beautiful in a quite spot. It was very nice to go to a vacation home and have everthing we needed already there. I'd happily stay there again. And I've already sent a friend who is planning a small family reunion a link to the house web site.

All the little extras (spices, paper products, a great cooking collection, fishing poles, etc.) & a really nice dock/beach area with a conoe made a much needed rest a really nice vacation. I've stayed in a lot of rentals throughout the US & Europe & this one is tops.
