This lovely garden flat overlooks a private garden which is quite
rare in London.

The reception room is charming with high ceilings and wall to ceiling drapes. There are beautiful french doors leading out onto the private balcony which over looks the pretty communal gardens below. The room glows with a natural golden hue.

The 200 year old original Victorian marble fireplace is the centre piece of this lovely room as are the beautiful 16th century Spanish paintings.

The open plan kitchen has been newly renovated with integrated applicances including dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave.

The bedroom has a UK queen size bed made up with Sweedish duvets and pillows. In the corner we installed a lovely old fireplace which adds a romantic touch. The bedroom is in the back of the flat ,not on the street side, which makes it very very quiet at night.

The bathroom has been totally renovated with gold faucets, heated towel rack and power shower!
