  Hello - We wanted to write and let you know we had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. Your place is so very nice and has such a cottage feel. We could not have asked for better weather. We made 2 trips to Savannah which we really enjoyed. All in all a very relaxing laid-back vacation. We really appreciate you and all the amenities you offer at your place. Look forward to renting again next year.

  My husband and I enjoyed 4 days at this beautiful condo. We loved this little (it is little! :)) gem - it is spotless, newly remodeled with modern styling, very comfortable, and stocked with all of the amenities of home. We enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony, slept and read on the beach, biked all over the island and walked to Coligny Circle for excellent dining. The weather in the fall is just gorgeous and our visit was perfect. We are looking forward to staying here again next year!

  My husband and I had never been to Hilton Head before our trip last month, and a friend told me to check out VRBO's. I will forever be grateful to her. We found this little 'jewel' and were so happy with it! It is very well decorated and so peaceful. We will definitely be going back next year!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, sightseeing.

  We had a very relaxing month of vacation here in Hilton Head. We enjoyed your newly remodeled villa. It was very clean and well-supplied with all that we needed. We had beautiful weather - much warmer than usual. We went to the St. Patrick's Day Parade, a horse race on the beach, and also visited Beaufort, Savannah, Summerville, and spent a day at Sea Pines. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and spent quite a bit of time reading and walking and biking there. We also enjoyed eating out at least once a day! Thank you for letting us use your villa!

  I enjoyed my weekend getaway to HHI! The condo was so very nice and in top condition. The condo was very clean and neat and had everything I needed. Tom was very easy to work with and the rental process was simple with no hassles. Thank you Tom and I would recommend this condo to everyone!

  I planned this trip as a surprise birthday weekend for my husband. I was so pleased with how Tom handled everything since I had to work through other family members to keep it a secret. We arrived to a very nice, tastefully decorated and clean condo. We had everything we needed in the condo. The location was perfect being right on the beach and a 5 minute walk to Coligny Plaza. We loved it! Our stay was so enjoyable that we are already planning our next trip back! Thanks Tom!

  We really enjoyed the location of Sea Villas. It was easy to find. The complex is well kept and attractive. We were just steps to the beach and a short walk to Coligny Plaza. You can see the ocean from the balcony. The condo was quite cozy and clean with everything a couple could need. I appreciated the coin laundry just down the hall for keeping our beach towels and other things clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and there are two grocery stores (Bi-Lo and Piggly Wiggly) nearby. The owners are accomodating and timely in all communication. They provide linens, Wi-fi, two beach chairs, an umbrella, games, books, movies, and even a boogie board at your disposal. There is a TV in the living room and a small TV in the bedroom. The condo complex is gated and we felt very safe. Plenty of parking was available. The complex pool is nice with ample chairs. The pool area is arranged that you can sun or shade while lounging. The pool was never crowded. The beach area had additional chair and beach rentals if desired as well as showers for sandy feet. One day there were dolphins just off the beach. There is a small barbeque area at the center of the complex. My husband and I enjoyed our visit very much and would stay here again if returning to Hilton Head. We had the best seafood of our trip at The Jazz Corner. Reservations well in advance a must there. We also really enjoyed the The Salty Dog at South Beach, Truffles at Sea Pines, and A Low Country Backyard. Hilton Head is a great choice for eating out, relaxing at the beach, dolphin watching, golfing, leisure biking, and shopping.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

  We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was very comfortable and clean and had a great view of the ocean. We hope to stay with you next time we go down to Hilton Head!
