Come visit one of the best vacation spots on beautiful Hilton Head Island: South Forest Beach. We fell in love with Hilton Head, South Forest Beach, and the Coligny Square market place and we’ve been vacationing here ever since. You’re sure to feel the same way, once you visit this great family vacation spot!
Our one bedroom, one bath villa is a great beach getaway for couples looking for a place to relax and recharge. With sleeping accommodations for four and very reasonable pricing, it’s also a great place for a family of three or four looking for a good time at the beach. The bedroom features a queen-size bed with pillow-top bedding, and the living room includes a queen pull-out sofa bed.
Our villa has been recently remodeled and updated, with tile floors, great furnishings and decorations, up-to-date kitchen appliances and air conditioning. You’ll enjoy all the great restaurants on Hilton Head Island, but if you decide to cook in, our villa kitchen area includes everything you’ll need to prepare your family’s favorite meals. There are two TVs, VCR, and DVD player with DVDs, video tapes and CDs for your enjoyment.
The Sea Side Haven villa is a second floor unit with a balcony off the living room with a beautiful view of the Atlantic ocean and one of the best beaches on the eastern coast. From the unit you’re only a few steps away from the beach, a great pool, the laundry facility, the elevator, and parking. Our villa is strictly non-smoking, including the balcony and hallways.
Sea Side features a gated parking area. Some parking is available underneath the building, on a first-come-first-served basis. There are out door grills and picnic tables, a walkway to the beach over the dunes with showers, and a sun deck. The entire facility has a no pets policy.

Why the Owner Chose SeaSide Villas
We chose Sea Side Villas here on Hilton Head Island because of its location to Coligny and because of the family atmosphere at the complex.
Our villa is in a great location, only steps from the ocean and one of the best beaches on the east coast. Coligny, along with it's shopping and restaurants, is only a short walk or bike ride away. You can park your car and leave it at Sea Side Villas and still be close to so many things to do in the area.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We take pride in our villa and try to keep the furnishings updated and clean. We have a great cleaing and maintenance crew that help to keep our unit at it's best. We schedule regular "deep" cleanings and also visit frequently ourselves to upgrade furnishings and perform maintenance.
Another of our favorite things is to go to Coligny in the evening, walk through the vendor kiosks and stores, and have an Italian ice. A great ending to a great day at the beach!

Thank you for considering a stay with us at our Sea Side Villa. We have owned our unit since 2005 and are certain you will enjoy staying at our home away from home.
We've been coming to Hilton Head Island since 1993 and have many fond memories of vacations here with our children. We love waking up in the morning and enjoying our coffee on the balcony, listening to the ocean. Since we are so close to the beach, we can make a trip back to the villa to restock supplies after a morning at the beach or take a mid-day break and return after the sun starts to set.
Evening walks on the beach are also a favorite. Being right next to the beach makes it easy to enjoy the beach any time of the day.

Hello - We wanted to write and let you know we had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. Your place is so very nice and has such a cottage feel. We could not have asked for better weather. We made 2 trips to Savannah which we really enjoyed. All in all a very relaxing laid-back vacation. We really appreciate you and all the amenities you offer at your place. We really enjoyed the location of Sea Villas. It was easy to find. The complex is well kept and attractive. We were just steps to the beach and a short walk to Coligny Plaza. You can see the ocean from the balcony. The condo was quite cozy and clean with everything a couple could need. I appreciated the coin laundry just down the hall for keeping our beach towels and other things clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and there are two grocery stores (Bi-Lo and Piggly Wiggly) nearby. The owners are accomodating and timely in all communication. They provide linens, Wi-fi, two beach chairs, an umbrella, games, books, movies, and even a boogie board at your disposal. There is a TV in the living room and a small TV in the bedroom. The condo complex is gated and we felt very safe. Plenty of parking was available. The complex pool is nice with ample chairs. The pool area is arranged that you can sun or shade while lounging. The pool was never crowded. The beach area had additional chair and beach rentals if desired as well as showers for sandy feet. One day there were dolphins just off the beach. There is a small barbeque area at the center of the complex. My husband and I enjoyed our visit very much and would stay here again if returning to Hilton Head. We had the best seafood of our trip at The Jazz Corner. Reservations well in advance a must there. We also really enjoyed the The Salty Dog at South Beach, Truffles at Sea Pines, and A Low Country Backyard. Hilton Head is a great choice for eating out, relaxing at the beach, dolphin watching, golfing, leisure biking, and shopping.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.
