This newly redecorated three bedroom, three bathroom townhouse villa contains almost 2,000 square feet and can sleep up to 10. Renovations were completed on the kitchen and 3 bathrooms in 2008. New ceramic tile and carpeting has been added throughout the villa in 2009.
There is a king size bed in the Master bedroom. Twin trundle beds open to sleep 4 in the second bedroom upstairs. There is a queen size bed in the downstairs bedroom. There is also a queen size sleep sofa in the livingroom. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony, overlooking the George Fazio golf course and the lagoon.
Everything you need to make your stay a true family vacation is at your fingertips, including a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, linens, towels, books, and games. Tennis and golf lovers will find it to be a perfect size to share with friends, especially during the Fall and Spring months.
The private Inverness Village pool and tennis courts are just steps away and available for your use. The beach is less than one mile, a nice walk or easy bike ride, with free parking in two locations for those that prefer to drive. Additional photos available upon request.
Inverness Village is located in the Palmetto Dunes Resort, which features three golf courses, scenic lagoons stocked with fish and accessible by canoe or kayak, on site restaurants, a general store, bicycle rentals and miles of beautiful beach.
The resort is conveniently located mid-island, directly across from the Arts center, Shelter Cove dining, shopping and recreation area and the mall. If you wish, The Dunes Buggy will transport you around Palmetto Dunes or to Shelter Cove, at no cost.
