Built in 2004, this three bedroom, three bath, custom home is just 100 feet from the ocean and protected by a 25 foot lava cliff at the ocean’s edge. The Turtle Retreat sleeps one to six plus - watch whales, dolphins, and sea turtles from the lanai. You can fish from the cliff. It is located in a private community - Hawaiian Paradise Park on a lovely bay in East Hawaii where you can walk and see pristine coastline and lush forest. At night the dark sky is a window to the moon, stars, constellations, and planets. Watch the sunrise up from the ocean. The sunset on the other side of the island casts magnificent shades of blue, pink, and orange onto the sky for a beautiful backdrop for your relaxation.
Upper Level:
The large, oceanview, furnished lanai is wonderful for dining, relaxing, and enjoying nature. The living room, dining room, and kitchen have a beautiful view of the ocean. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, master bath, and a view of Moana Loa and Moana Kea. Very nicely furnished and includes a satellite TV, DVD/CD/VHS cassette combination.
Lower Level:
The great room includes a satellite TV, DVD/CD/VHS cassette combination. There is a dining area with a wet bar and ocean view. There are two bedrooms - one with a queen-size bed and one with two twin-size beds. The sofa sleeper is queen-size. There is a large bathroom and laundry room. The lanai has lounge chairs and a barbecue grill.
