Kenwood is located in the heart of the Sonoma Valley surrounded by world class wineries. Fantastic restaurants, from café to five-star, are in Kenwood and the neighboring village of Glen Ellen. Travel just ten miles to historic Sonoma Square or take a fifteen mile backroad drive to the heart of Napa Valley.
For Mountain Bikers you will find some of the best single-track biking in California one-half mile from our driveway. The vacant winding country roads of the area beckon your road bike. Within a five-mile radius are three state parks offering outdoor recreation including biking, hiking, picnicking and swimming. Spa facilities are available nearby at the Kenwood Inn and Spa or Sonoma Mission Inn and Spa.
A warm gracious living room invites you to sit by the fire and play cards, read, or watch a movie. The family room is off the patio and pool and has a wood burning stove.
The large, gourmet equipped kitchen allows several to happily cook while enjoying the company of their friends. You'll find such touches as a professional range, granite counters, and an espresso maker. The dining area seats eight, and a café/game table is in the family room.
There is a total of four bedrooms and four baths on the property. There is an additional queen pullout sofa in a semi private living room.
The main house has two bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a king bed and doors leading to the patio and hot tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The master bath includes double sinks and a large Jacuzzi (bathtub).
Our spacious guest house is just steps away. It features a king bed, living area, mini-kitchen, full bath, and verandah.
The beautiful "bunk house" has a spacious sleeping nook with two queen beds, a living area, and a full bath.
While fully equipped for entertaining, this is our family country home. We cannot accommodate large parties owing to zoning and our septic system. We do not wish to disturb our neighbors in this peaceful, private area. We ask that no more than ten be on the property.
