Welcome to Kelly Greens Country Club, an upscale gated championship golf course and residential community. Take the elevator up to this second floor, two bedroom, terrace condominium with FREE Wi-Fi INTERNET ACCESS available for your convenience. It is beautifully appointed in traditional bright Floridian decor. You are only three miles away from Sanibel and Captiva Islands and just five miles from Fort Myers Beach. You are minutes away from the airport, a dozen public beaches, shopping centers, outlet malls, and an endless variety of restaurants. From your screened-in Lanai you can watch the sunrise overlooking the water on the fifteenth hole.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with its own bathroom, walk-in closet, and sliding patio-door entrance to the Lanai. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a charming wicker desk and chair. After making yourself a refreshment from the wet bar, you can enjoy a meal you have prepared in your fully-furnished kitchen or you can take a short walk to the excellent full-service restaurant located at the clubhouse. And do not forget to enjoy the fabulous Sunday brunch at the clubhouse.
Kelly Greens Country Club is a championship golf course, Par 72 and plays up to 6800 yards from the back tees. There are five different tee boxes to accommodate any players skill level. There is a driving range and impressive pro shop and you receive excellent service from the staff. This monthly rental condominium comes with a membership to the Country Club for $200 paid to the country club for the transfer of membership. With the transfer of membership, you can enjoy all the amenities of the country club along with many great rounds of golf on this beautiful and challenging course. There is a discounted membership fee of $100 for use of the facilities without the golf.

Stayed here in January and it was great. Everything you needed, very clean, close to everything. Nice view of golf course. It was tastefully decorated. Would definitely return.

We enjoyed this condo in Feb. 2006; location is great, condo is very nicely decorated, is very clean, and gives the feel of a small town in resort setting. The staff at Kelly Greens are all very cordial and very helpful.

We just spent a month in this lovely condo. A very relaxing and great time. Kelly Greens is a well run and beautiful golf course and community. Not only is this condo and the view of the course nice, but the hospitality of the Kelly Greens staff is unequalled.

What a great place. Beautiful setting, plenty of space- we have 5 children, close to several beaches, beautiful pool, and a graeat view of a beautiful golf course. We had a wonderful time and my family will remember this vacation for a long time.

The condo was awesome had all the amenities need for a great relaxing vacation. It took less than 10 minutes to get to the beach and if you do not want to leave the neighborhood, there is a wonderful and clean pool in eyeshot from the condo. If eating is more your forte, there are numerous delicious resturants in Fort Myers and surrounding areas to eat at, if you do not want to cook. Not to mention the shopping that is available, a great outlet mall is just around the corner, and the antiquing available on Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Overall, a great place to vacation where all you needs will be fulfilled.

Had a great time at Kelly Greens! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. The view of the golf course was relaxing and plush even in August. The pool was refreshing. Enjoyed a Casino cruise on the ocean. We even won. It took only minutes to get to the beaches. Spent a day at Ft Myers beach and two days on the beaches at Sanibel. What an enjoyable vacation spot. We will return next summer.
