It has a large deck and patio over looking Little Sand Lake. There is a dock and 24 foot pontoon with motor available to use.
Just one mile away you will find the "Heartland Trail" where you can go biking, jogging, rollerblading, or just take a walk through the beautiful wooded land. You will also find various cuisine within a mile of the home. For those of you who enjoy shopping, Park Rapids is a wonderful place to stroll up and down the Main Street browsing in the shops. If you like to gamble, Northern Lights Casino in Walker is 35 minutes away!
