Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday.
June 14 to Sept.6, $1400/week. Spring and Fall rate $900/week.
$300/security deposit required at time of booking.
Payment of 1/2 rental due 60 days prior to arrival, balance due upon arrival.
Security deposit refunded 10 days after departure, less any damages.
If cancellation occurs 60 days or more prior to rental date, security deposit will
be refunded. 6% Michigan tax added to all rents.$50 pet charge with permission.
Weekend and weekdays September,October,May,and June: $150/day with 2 day minimum.
