Spring and Fall rate $900/week.$300 security deposit required at time of booking
Weekend and weekdays May,June,Sept.,Oct:1-2 persons:$150/day;3-6 persons:$200/day.
$150 security deposit.6% Mich. tax added to all rents.$50 pet charge w/permission.
Payment of 1/2 rent due 60 days prior to arrival;balance due upon arrival.
Security deposit refunded 10 days after departure, less any damages.
If cancellation occurs 60 or more days prior to rental date,deposit refunded.

We had a great time at your cottage and we truly can't wait to come back. We've rented other houses and cottages before and none have been the quality level of yours. The cleanliness and amenities are extremely appreciated. I'm sure we'll plan another fall trip this year!

We loved our stay at Little Platte Lake! The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. Our toddler and dog had a great time playing outside. The setting was beautiful. The owners provided an excellent description and were great with communication. The satellite tv and high-speed Internet access were very handy and welcome amenities. We can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the home on Little Platte Lake. The house was very clean and comfortable, the setting was beautiful and the location was convenient to Lake Michigan. I don't think we saw a neighbor all week. The owners were extremely responsive and honest.
Recommended for:Families with young children.
