We welcome you to the Sunshine Cottage, our Key West-style, summer cottage! Relax - it does not get any better than this!
Our home features a large full-size private pool, a beautiful front porch with rockers and swing, luscious landscaped courtyard, a stainless steel gas grill, and is only 500 yards from the pristine Beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! It is tastefully furnished with designer items and has hardwood floors throughout the entire house, and a tile countertop gourmet kitchen.
The Master bedroom is beautifully decorated with its own spacious private bath, queen bed, flat screen cable TV, and large balcony with seating. The second bedroom has a queen bed and balcony, and the third bedroom features a double bed, balcony, and there is a shared full bathroom. The third floor tower is perhaps the best place to enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico, jetties, East Pass and the harbor while enjoying a cool drink.The tower features a game table & wonderful views!
There is also a bonus bedroom on the first floor with its own full bathroom. This room has a sleeper sofa, and can be used as a fourth bedroom. For additional sleeping arrangements, we also have a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.
Destin Pointe offers 24-hour onsite security, the beach club consisting of two swimming pools, a jacuzzi, playground, pavilions, beach walkover, two tennis courts (only four houses away), barbecue grills, shuffleboard, and a convenient open air beach trolley which delivers you right to the beach! |
