This three-story home is 3000 square feet with five bedrooms, four baths, and is directly on the Gulf! There are breathtaking gulf views from every window and balcony. The torquoise water and white sandy beach are just footsteps below off our private beach access walkway.
The Pineapple Palace West is designed to accommodate large groups and families, as well as corporate and company gatherings. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.
With its over-sized pool, outside shower and barbecue area, the accommodations are complete inside and out. Master bedroom has 2 queen beds. The bunkroom has 4 full mattresses. The other 3 bedrooms all have king size beds. There are TV's in all bedrooms. The greatroom has TV/DVD and stereo/CD player with wireless internet access throughout.

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful the entire experience turned out to be. The house was clean and arranged well. We could be together in the living area or alone in the bedroom areas. The balconies gave viewing access to the ocean and the pool area. Lynn was great to work with. The location is good. Be prepared for stairs. They are everywhere. We loved our experience and you will love yours.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The house was everything the website said it was. Very clean and comfortable. The beds were awesome except for the bunk beds. The furniture in the family room was new and clean! The owner came by the day we checked in to fix an item broken by the previous tenant and answered questions we had. The only downside was the pool. The water was so warm we were not able to use it much.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: Thank you for all the positive comments, as we work very hard to please our guests. The reviewer is right about the bunk mattresses and these are to be replaced July 3rd. These are a custom size and are not readily available. As far as the pool...we have the largest pool in the subdivision and therefore probably the lowest water temperature. I don't consider this a valid complaint. As a matter of fact, we get comments on how cold the water is, but this is late June. We pride ourselves on all the rerturn guests year after year.
