Your perfect choice for a relaxing vacation with the privacy you deserve! Our second 7-bedroom villa boasts a large pool area with built-in pool spa. Best of all, the pool overlooks a dramatic expanse of open terrain - very private, with no rear neighbors blocking the sun or the view!
There is plenty of room to spread out in this two-story home - seven bedrooms (4 masters) with an extra-large eat-in kitchen, plus dining room so everyone can sit. Two separate living room areas, and best of all - a fully-equipped, air-conditioned game room with pool table, foosball, and stereo CD/radio. If you do not see what you need in our website description, please ask; we can probably provide it!
We continue to add new features to the villa. WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET is available; just bring your laptop (equipped with wireless card) and be able to access the internet from anywhere in the villa. All four master bedrooms have 750 THREAD COUNT ALL-COTTON SATEEN SHEETS. PLAYSTATION 2 system with games will keep the young (and the young at heart) entertained!
Each of the four master bedrooms has a TV and private bathroom access. One master is on the first floor (for folks who do not do stairs). The remaining three bedrooms each have two twin beds, and two roll-away beds are also available. Nursery alcove with full-sized crib and portable Pack n Play crib.

We have travelled all around the country over the years, but the best times have always been spent with family and friends at our places in Florida and Connecticut. Cherished memories have been made there and we are so happy to be able to share our homes with our guests so that they can do the same.
Why the Owner Chose Hampton Lakes
We have been in love with central Florida since we came for our first Disney World trip in 1986! After countless trips to Disney, we decided we wanted a place of our own and bought our first vacation home in Hampton Lakes. One year later, we loved this first home so much, we acquired the one next door! Now, we can have 32 family and friends in both homes or make it available to the many guests who visit each year.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
It is perfect for our family vacations, the 7-bedrooms accommodate 16 of us (or 32 with the house next door!). Much time is spent hanging out by the pool, watching hot-air balloons take off behind the pool, just wonderful family time. And when everyone wants to go to Disney, we just hop in the cars and it's a short drive away.

We came here from Ontario, Canada for our 8-day escape from winter. the weather was great as we "packed" in Disney, Universal & Seaworld. I think the kids (9 of them) enjoyed the backyard pool just about as much as the parks and us adults (6) sure appreciated the days off. The house was well- appointed and everyone slept well after our long days. The kids are thinking about becoming professional pool players after all of the night games. We stayed here in this lovely house for a week. We are on a family vacation here in Florida and had a blast! The weather was beautiful and in the mid 70s. We are from MN and this temp is like a heat wave. When we left MN it was -12 degrees & -22 with the wind chill. Basically any positive number is warm for us. We have 14 people staying here and we did some of the theme parks and the usual vacation attractions. But most of all, we enjoyed just a few quiet days here at the house swimming & hot tubbing. The house was nice because it was big enough for our big and growing family. We will definitely do another family vacation here. It is a beautiful area and very convenient to get to.
