We have three spectacular waterfront properties to offer. The first is an oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium on 74th street Ocean City Maryland.The second is a two bedroom two bath Ocean Front condo on 127th street Ocean City Maryland. The third is located just minutes from Ocean City in Fenwick Island, Delaware. . All properties include a free boat dock at our bayfront property.
Our Oceanfront two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is located in a small, ten-unit, oceanfront building on 74th Street in Ocean City, MD. The two assigned parking spaces are just steps from the elevator and stairway which will take you to our third floor unit.
Breathtaking views of the ocean can be seen from the large balcony. Very comfortable and elegant furnishings will be found throughout the condominium. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and adjacent full bathroom. The second bedroom has twin over twin-size bunkbed and a queen bed. The second bathroom comes complete with a washer and dryer for your convenience. The newly furnished living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, TV, VCR, DVD player, and CD stereo player. No need to haul linens, this unit is equipped with all bed linens and towels! The full kitchen has all the equipment to prepare your gourmet meals or to reheat leftovers from all the five-star restaurants and eateries in Ocean City.
This is not the normal Ocean City rental, we rent Friday to Friday and check-in time is as early as 1 PM. No need to wait in long lines at rental offices, we will greet you at the door. As owners of this home we take pride in the appearance and cleanliness of the unit. Please notify us of any special needs prior to check in and we will gladly accommodate to the best of our abilities.
We offer this unit for full week rentals in June, July, August and September. We also offer very reasonable rates for 2, 3 or 4 night weekends during the off season. Please check our calender for availability. We fill up quickly due to a high volume of repeat renters. Please give us a call or email with any questions.
