Our Oceanfront two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is located in a small, ten-unit, oceanfront building on 74th Street in Ocean City, MD. The two assigned parking spaces are just steps from the elevator and stairway which will take you to our third floor pet friendly clean unit.
Breathtaking views of the ocean can be seen from the large balcony. Very comfortable and elegant furnishings will be found throughout the condominium. The one bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and flat screen T.V. The second bedroom has twin over twin-size bunkbed and a queen bed and a full bathroom . The second bathroom comes complete with a washer and dryer for your convenience. The newly furnished living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, TV, DVD player, and CD stereo player. No need to haul linens, this unit is equipped with all bed linens and towels for family vacations ! The full kitchen has all the equipment to prepare your gourmet meals or to reheat leftovers from all the five-star restaurants and eateries in Ocean City.
This is not the normal Ocean City rental, we rent Friday to Friday and check-in time is as early as 1 PM. No need to wait in long lines at rental offices, we will greet you at the door. As owners of this home we take pride in the appearance and cleanliness of the unit. Please notify us of any special needs prior to check in and we will gladly accommodate to the best of our abilities.
We offer this unit for full week rentals in June, July, August and September. We also offer very reasonable rates for 2, 3 or 4 night weekends during the off season. Please check our calender for availability. We fill up quickly due to a high volume of repeat renters. Please give us a call or email with any questions.

This oceanfront condo has everything you need and is just steps from the beach. The furnishings are very comfortable and the owners are friendly and very accommodating. We love to watch the sunrise and sunset on the balcony! The central location makes it easy to go downtown or uptown. With the boat docking privileges, we are able to use our boat and enjoy the bay as well as the beach. We look forward to our beach experience at this condo every year. I have a few requirements for renting at the beach (OCMD) where I vacation every year. This condo has everything I need, I can bring my dogs (I am good about covering furniture and watching my pets), I am close to the beach, 2 baths, nice furnishings, great view of the bay and the ocean, an elevator, 2 parking spaces, sleeps 6, and a caring and helpful landlord! Love the experience at the Sandtrap!

My wife and I had fantastic 6 day getaway over the New Years and we totally enjoyed ourselves at Ocean City and at the Sand Trap condo. Paul was very very helpful and we found the condo to be everything we had hoped for and more. I cannot imagine a vacation rental that could be better equipped. We wanted for absolutely nothing and the views of the ocean and beach from the balcony were great. If we ever decide to visit this area again, whether in the winter or summer Paul will be my first call. Thanks again Paul.

Immaculate, beautiful, and comfortable! But, the best part of this condo - the VIEWS! Worth the money! We are so impressed that I'm ready to book another trip!
