  This oceanfront condo has everything you need and is just steps from the beach. The furnishings are very comfortable and the owners are friendly and very accommodating. We love to watch the sunrise and sunset on the balcony! The central location makes it easy to go downtown or uptown. With the boat docking privileges, we are able to use our boat and enjoy the bay as well as the beach. We look forward to our beach experience at this condo every year.   I have a few requirements for renting at the beach (OCMD) where I vacation every year. This condo has everything I need, I can bring my dogs (I am good about covering furniture and watching my pets), I am close to the beach, 2 baths, nice furnishings, great view of the bay and the ocean, an elevator, 2 parking spaces, sleeps 6, and a caring and helpful landlord! Love the experience at the Sandtrap!

  Recommended for: Pet owners, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

  My wife and I had fantastic 6 day getaway over the New Years and we totally enjoyed ourselves at Ocean City and at the Sand Trap condo. Paul was very very helpful and we found the condo to be everything we had hoped for and more. I cannot imagine a vacation rental that could be better equipped. We wanted for absolutely nothing and the views of the ocean and beach from the balcony were great. If we ever decide to visit this area again, whether in the winter or summer Paul will be my first call. Thanks again Paul.

  The condo was clean and comfy (felt like home) and located in a great area with convenient parking; we took our pets and we look forward to returning next year. We would highly recommend this property to friends and family. Paul, thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful condo.

  Had a wonderful time in this great ocean front condo with our pets! Very clean, unbelievable views of the ocean and just a really nice, confortable place to stay. Paul was a pleasure to work with and we are looking forward to coming back next year. Highly recommended!

  Immaculate, beautiful, and comfortable! But, the best part of this condo - the VIEWS! Worth the money! We are so impressed that I'm ready to book another trip! And, Paul is very friendly and accommodating. He and Jessica provide all the amenities anyone could need. We thank God that we found this great condo and, thank you, Paul and Jessica!
