  My wife and I stayed here last week and the listing description and other reviews were accurate. The condo was nice and it was a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The property was clean and they have added a nice sleeper sofa in the living room. We loved the back porch overlooking the creek. It was very relaxing to drink coffee, read, and watch the wildlife in the mornings. The kitchen was nice and had everything you need to prepare a meal. The owner has been easy to contact throughout the whole rental process. We would definitely recommend this condo!

  Just returned from a lovely place. This is the seventh time we visited Hilton Head and hope to visit many more times. The Villa was very comfortable with lotsa nice decore. Owner was very helpful and very responsive to any qustions we had. I highly recommend this Villa for anyone that likes to relax at the Beach, go to fine restaurants, golf, etc. I hope we get to visit again sometime soon.

  I just returned from my stay in this condo.I have been to Hilton Head about thirty times and this was the both the best location and best condo we have stayed at. We have a large family and we had plenty of space. The condo is well stocked, furnished, and decorated. The wifi was excellent. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and about 70 yards to the complex pool. The condo's balcony overlooks a lagoon and the golf course. We had visitors in the lagoon- alligators and turtles almost every day. The condo owner was highly accessible, kind, and courteous. I look forward to staying here again soon.

  We had a fabulous stay at this condo for Labor weekend! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was so nice to relax on the deck and watch the turtles in the water below. It was clean and well-equipped. The pool was very convenient and the condo was in a central location close to everything. We will definitely be back again! Thank you.

  What can you say? Perfect area, very private and tucked away, access to the most beautiful golf, uncluttered beach, pool is steps away, restaurants and shops galore within minutes. This villa is heads and shoulders above other places we have stayed. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need to cook if you feel like staying in, with several grocery stores super close. When you walk in you instantly feel at home. Extra clean and all the comforts you are accustomed too, plus some nice added extras you will not find at other rental locations. There is a washer/dryer in the villa so cleaning those beach towels and swimsuits is easy breezy. This is one of the nicest units I have ever stayed in and sets the bar super high for other destinations we spend time. I have a family of 5. Two hard to please 'tweens', a new baby, my husband, and myself. Parents area is nicely separated from the second bedroom with separate bathrooms and room to spare, sleeps 6-8 very comfortably. We all have our own space and our own idea of what a vacation spot should be. This is the ONLY vacation spot we go where I do not hear whining and complaining. The morning and evening bike rides on the beach make everyone in the family smile. Low foot traffic and very private feeling. During our daily bike rides we saw dolphins, sea turtles, crabs, starfish, seashells, sand dollars....perfect for the beach comber in all of us. My perfect morning is sitting on the balcony watching the wildlife, sipping coffee, and reading a book while the kids swim in the pool feet away! The afternoon is full of sandcastles and walks on the beach, the evening is family games around the dining room table. (They even have some great games there if you forgot to pack some!) A week of this and I want to move in! If allowed we will return year after year and tell all of our friends....this is the absolute best of the best for me and my family!

  Listing was more than accurate, photos were just right place was very clean and well maintained. Owner was very easy to work with answered all our concerns and questions, I would recommend this property to anyone it was perfect had a great stay we were there for 5 or 6 months and it was just like home. Great place to rent.

  We could not have been more pleased with our stay in Hilton Head. The rental was in a great location, beautifully decorated and best of all very CLEAN! We visited in the off-season, which afforded us a bit more peace and quiet than the busy summer season. After a day at the beach we would return to use the private pool- without seeing another guest! The villa was larger than expected, and once we arrived and saw the accommodations, we actually invited friends to join us! Savannah is a short day trip from Hilton Head with unique shopping and dining opportunities. The trolley tour was fun and informative. We would highly recommend this location for a "great escape from it all"!
