Summer 2011 - Great Condo

My family stayed at the condo the week of July 9, 2011. It was a great location to the beach and the boards. Also the fireworks every friday night are right at this street section of boardwalk. We found the condo to be clean, spacious and comfortable. We even brought our dog with us which made it even nicer as at times, it's hard to find dog sitters. I would recommend this condo for any and all ages. We also had no problem getting our security back in a timely manner.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, pet owners, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

My family & I vacationed here back in 2009. We had a wonderful time. It was so close to everything and we felt right at home. The cleanliness when we got there could have been a little better with regards to the bedrooms only & everything else seemed to be cleaned well. We enjoyed the fact that we were allowed to bring our pets. Phil was very good to work with and we had no problem getting our deposit back because we treated the condo as if it was ours. We are planning on coming back to this place next year!~! Family of 9 :-)

We stayed at this condo for our family vacation the week of July 17th. We absolutely loved it!! It was beyond our expectations and we did not want to leave!! This Condo was in a perfect location. It was close to the boardwalk,piers,parks etc. It was very spacious, comfortable,and clean. It was a beautiful condo,and I recommend this to anyone looking for a summer getaway. Thank You Mr.Phil,the condo was everything you said it would be. My family had a fantastic time! Summer 2010 Wildwood is Great and this place clean & very nice

This condo was beautiful and spacious. The owner was very helpful. The condo is very close to the boadwalk in heart of Wildwood. The garage was large fitting 2 cars inside and one car in the drive, something not found in many condos in Wildwood. I strongly recommend this condo and will be back next year.

Late getting Security Deposit back

Too bad the location is excellent and the property itself relatively well maintained. Furniture was rundown but we were told it would be replaced this year. It took more than 4 weeks for us to get the security deposit back. While we enjoyed ourselves on our vacation, we take away the bitter taste of our experience having to ask for our deposit back over and over again, including having to call the owner repeatedly to understand why some of the security was held back.

Owner response:These tenants did not abide by the condos rules. They allowed the unit to be damaged. The secuirty deposit was late because the bedroom wall needed to be plastered and painted. The security deposit was returned minus the damage repair costs.I look for tenants to enjoy this great property and to treat the condo as if it was their own home.

This was our first beach rental and we were really happy! This condo is very spacious and super clean. Very close to the boardwalk, it couldn't get any better. The neighbors were great, lots of new houses/condo's in the area as well. We are planning on going back again. The owners are fabulous and very easy to deal with.

This place was awesome! Way more then I expected. We were amazed by the size of the condo and how close it was to the beach. We literally just walked down the block and we were on the boardwalk. I can't imagine a better place, were definately going to definately consider going back again.
