This modern, (three) bedroom, (two) full bath, single-family, two-floor home is just a short, two-block walk to Brigantine's white, sandy beach and four miles to Atlantic City's casinos and boardwalk. The home's back deck opens onto the Brigantine Golf Course providing a peaceful setting for sunsets and barbeques, while the swing gate will help contain pets and small children on the deck. The north-end sea wall and bay are a stroll away.
Recent upgrades include: New shed back doors in 2012, new siding (home is now blue vs tan) and carpets and dishwasher in 2010, new front decks in 2009, TV upgrades and WiFi access enabled in 2008, new back decks and outside shower in 2007, fresh paint and window furnishings in 2006.
First rented in 2005, the home then was furnished with all new furniture, beds, and small appliances. Amenities include CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING, fully-equipped kitchen, outside shower, 4 cable TVs, DVD player, stereo, washer/dryer, back deck furniture (table, 6 chairs and umbrella) and a quality Weber Grill).
Master bedroom has a king-size bed, Cable TV, and deck - you can enjoy the outdoors with glimpses of the bay, beach, and casinos. Second bedroom has a queen-size bed and Cable TV. The third bedroom has two single beds and Cable TV. We also offer an AeroBed (auto-inflatable queen size) which fits comfortably in the twin bed bedroom or downstairs in the living area. Parking in this quiet neighborhood is not an issue, but the home has a parking pad that can accommodate two to three cars.
Brigantine Beach is one of New Jersey's best-kept secrets boasting six miles of spacious, pristine, public beaches. The island offers the best of both worlds, a peaceful family beach atmosphere with the excitement of Atlantic City's casinos and boardwalk just five minutes away. A cab ride to the marina casinos (including The Borgata, Harrah's, and Trump Marina) is approximately $12. A cab ride to the boardwalk casinos (Tropicana, Caesars, Taj Mahal, etc) is approx $15.
Adults/families only, no smoking. Pets allowed only at owner's discretion for an additional 10% rent.

Hi, this is Molly and Maggie. We are 2 very spoiled golden retrievers and we travel every where with our owners. We have been up and down the east coast,but our favorite place is still here in Brigantine.We love the beach and swimming in the ocean.We both learned to swim in the ocean here in Brigantine.The Fazio's and their house is the best. It is a short walk to the beach and after a long day of swimming we come back and get washed down at the outside shower and lay out on the spacious back deck and watch the golfers go by. The great part about the house is that everything is here which is great for us because our owners don't have to pack alot of stuff which gives us more room in the SUV.We love to dine on the back deck with our owners. There is a great outdoor grill to make dinner and the sunsets are great.After dinner we are usually pretty tired and just curl up in the living room and go to sleep in front of the fireplace.When we come to Brigantine we pass some pretty big buildings with bright lights our owners tell us they are casinos and that they are great places to go and have fun, enjoy a show and have dinner. We wouldn't know first hand because they do not allow dogs but our owners are pretty honest so we believe them.We also go for walks on the main drag and when we are really good we get to go for ice cream at the ice cream parlor. People laugh at us as we lick our single scoop of vanilla ice cream out of the cups.So,we think the Fazio's are pawsatively the best and you can't beat their house in Brigantine for a great vacation! So, if you are well behaved and love to be with your family on vacation instead of spending it in the kennel make sure and bark wildly when your owner reviews this property. You won't be disappointed.

This home is located on the north end of Brigantine and is both picturesque and quiet -- a welcomed change from the hustle and bustle of city life. I have been there for off-season weekends, and mid-week in-season, and it's a perfect location for when I want to catch dinner and a show in Atlantic City and still have all of the conveniences of "home." This house has all of the amenities that you could think of (towels, sheets, pillows, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc.). I literally just have to show up with my bags and enjoy!

This will be our 3rd stay at this house in Brigantine, and it is always a wonderful experience. From making the reservations, to checking in with us , to calling to say goodbye, the Fazios always go out of their way to make our stay in Brigantine memorable. The house is beautifully situated between the beach and the golf couse, and the sunsets are breathtaking from the back deck. It's a great family house, with all of our guests, especially the kids, loving the outdoor shower. We are especially thrilled to be able to bring our dogs with us, as we usually stay for at least 3 weeks at a time. The beach which is a short stroll from the house is beautiful , and having the nitelife at Atlantic City only 10 minutes away is an added plus. Staying with the Fazios year after year is like going home. ENJOY YOUR STAY...... WE ALWAYS DO : )

Have stayed here multiple times and each time is excellent. Great place in comfort, location, and ease of access. Peaceful, but near the action, casinos, and the ocean.
