This beautiful house is nestled in the woods at Ocean Pines, Maryland. It is minutes from many golf courses, restaurants, shopping establishments, Ocean City beaches and Assatague Island - where the wild ponies run free. In the summer, Ocean Downs (only two miles away) offers harness racing. The Ocean Pines community offers weekly swimming passes to their five pools for a fee.

The house has been newly remodeled with new flooring, carpeting, furnishings and paint. As you enter the home you see it is light and airy. The great room has a cathedral ceiling and the furnishings are done in blue and white. On cool evenings you can turn on the gas fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need during your stay. The owner's suite has a king-size bed with complete bath located on the first floor.

Upstairs you have two bedrooms (queen and two twin beds) and a loft (double). There is a front porch and a screened-in back porch where you can have your morning coffee or breakfast listening to the birds.

  • Dear Susan, When I found the picture of your vacation rental on the website, I was very impressed and excited that it was available. I was even more impressed when we actually arrived! The neighborhood is so pleasant and the abundance of trees provides a feeling of seclusion and privacy. The house was impecably clean, cozy and equipted with EVERYTHING anyone could need. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the screened porch and using the fireplace! When we decided to vacation in Ocean City, I wanted a place on the beach, but if we shoud come again...I would choose to stay in your home. Jeff only had to drive down the road for his daily golf fix and it was a very short drive to the boardwalk and beach! Thank you! Kathy

  • Susan, your home is absolutely wonderful! We own a home right around the corner and had family stay at your home during the Thanksgiving holiday, and we heard nothing but wonderful things. The bedrooms are perfect, and the alcove "bedroom" upstairs was a hit with the kids.   • Dear Susan, We wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed staying at your rental house. My relatives also thought it was fabulous and want to rent it sometime in the future. It is such a comfortable and spacious place and we could not believe how well equipped it was for our needs. Being so close to the wedding location was also a big blessing and saver of time and gas. We did have a wonderful day for the wedding. It was the only day that didn't rain out of eight days. So they got to have the outdoor ceremony that they dreamed about.
