This home is absolutely beautiful. Everything is at your fingertips. A home away from home. This was our second time renting, because we were so pleased the first time. It is a pleasure to deal with Susan, the homeowner. I needed to contact her and she was available on the first call. The house is spotless and nicely located. Close to Ocean City if you choose to spend the day or night there. Very quiet and relaxing. The back porce is great to sit in the mornings to watch the birds and at night to unwind. My family would highly recommend renting this home.

We just returned from a long weekend and we loved this property! It was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. It truly felt like a home away from home. We'd recommend this to anyone who wants a quiet family getaway at the beach.

We stayed for an April weekend and found everything we needed right at our fingertips. The property is nice, clean, and well equipped. The owners (Jeff & Susan) clearly communicated all the details of our stay AND when the heat went out Jeff had it fixed right away! The garage is a bonus and the wireless internet allowed us to stay connected with family & friends back home. The house furniture is beautiful and very sturdy. Although we did not haqve the opportunity to use the furnished screened in porch it looked very inviting. We will definitely return!!!

I would like to recommend this property to anyone that feels the accomodations meet their requirements. The house is beautiful and is appointed very nicely, from the screened in porch to have early morning coffee, to the dining room to enjoy meals with your family, to the lving rooms that has a warm and comfortable feeling and to the bedrooms for a great nights sleep. You can't go wrong by dealing with Susan. She is very accomodating, responds timely to emails and is pleasant to deal with. Speaking from experience as a former Ocean Pines property owner and vacation property landlord this is one of the best properties to rent in Ocean Pines. I would without reservation rent this property again. ENJOY! PS. West Ocean City Restaurants are the best! The Shark, Mickey Finns, Captains Galley II, Sunset Grille are all highly recommended.

Dear Susan, When I found the picture of your vacation rental on the website, I was very impressed and excited that it was available. I was even more impressed when we actually arrived! The neighborhood is so pleasant and the abundance of trees provides a feeling of seclusion and privacy. The house was impecably clean, cozy and equipted with EVERYTHING anyone could need. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the screened porch and using the fireplace! When we decided to vacation in Ocean City, I wanted a place on the beach, but if we shoud come again...I would choose to stay in your home. Jeff only had to drive down the road for his daily golf fix and it was a very short drive to the boardwalk and beach! Thank you! Kathy

Susan, your home is absolutely wonderful! We own a home right around the corner and had family stay at your home during the Thanksgiving holiday, and we heard nothing but wonderful things. The bedrooms are perfect, and the alcove "bedroom" upstairs was a hit with the kids. Susan, Our stay was very comfortable. We enjoyed golfing on several different courses, biking and walking the quite streets of Ocean Pines and on the beachs at Ocean City and Assateague State Park. The house had every convenience we could ask for including the gas fireplace to take fend off the early spring evening chill. We are so glad we found your house. Natalie and Nelson

Dear Susan, We wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed staying at your rental house. My relatives also thought it was fabulous and want to rent it sometime in the future. It is such a comfortable and spacious place and we could not believe how well equipped it was for our needs. Being so close to the wedding location was also a big blessing and saver of time and gas. We did have a wonderful day for the wedding. It was the only day that didn't rain out of eight days. So they got to have the outdoor ceremony that they dreamed about. I enjoyed my visit to MD with my golf foursome. This rental home was perfect for our stay. It was impeccably clean, conveniently located and had separate rooms for each of us. The landlord also made the transaction very easy and efficient. This is an outstanding place to stay!
