Our beach house is located at 1880 Sharkstooth Trail. It has everything you could possibly want or need in a vacation rental. The house was built in April 2004. We are its first and only owners, which means our house is very nice, beautifully decorated, and extremely clean.
The house is located in Ocean Lakes Family Campground, the "only" place to stay in Myrtle Beach. Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented, gated community with 24-hour security. The beach is only a ten minute walk, or five minute golf cart drive, from the house.
The house is fully furnished, with three bedrooms, two full baths, a living room, and kitchen. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed and/or a closet or full-size dresser, and bedside table, as well as a lamp and alarm clock. The living room has a sleeper sofa (a great place for kids to sleep, or adults if you need extra space), cable TV, a DVD player, and a CD/cassette playing stereo system. The kitchen is fully-equipped, including a dishwasher and garbage disposal system.
The house has a very spacious covered front deck and is a great place to relax. Parking is very close - there is enough parking space for four cars below the house. A private, enclosed shower is also located below the house, which means you can get rid of all that sand before ever going inside.
