  The house is really beautiful and was furnished with very much love to detail. The rooms are modern, spacious and very neat. Funny detail: the bathroom starts right behind the bedroom and is only separated by two wooden room dividers. The bathroom has a shower in the corner and two hand wash basins. Again, everything is really beautiful, tidy and well-thought-out. Of course, enough towels are provided as well. The bedroom and living room both have huge sliding doors which are directly leading to the terrace with table, chairs, parasol, deck chairs and barbecue. The living room is furnished with two big white sofas. Colourful cushions, flowers, wooden benches and tables and well-selected accessories make it comfortable and enjoyable to live in. Another highlight is the fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, dish washer and all you can think of in terms of table- and cook ware. Really - in this house you feel at home from the moment you arrive! Moreover, it is situated in a very calm cul-de-sac road only a few hundred metres away from the centre of Calvi, so supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. However, a car (which we could park directly outside the house) to travel the island is useful. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and think it is perfect for a couple. The landlady is a very lovely person, too, and gives you some good advice on the island and places to go. Also, the fridge was filled with a bottle of wine and a little food welcome package. To get a good first impression just let the pictures of the house speak for themselves....

  My sister and I were in Calvi for seven days and absolutely LOVED this perfect apartment/villa. It had everything we could want and it was very charming. The gift basket upon arrival was filled with Corsican treats. You could walk to town, but we chose to drive. The bakery down the street is great. The big bedroom is lovely for a couple, but the back bedroom is small with no windows--OK for sleeping. Beds were very comfortable. The living room opens up onto your own terrace with views of the mountains and the bay. This is a delightful--and luxurious--place to hang your hat.

  This is an excellent apartment in a quiet residential area in Calvi ,with a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. The apartment interior was very well decorated and spotlessly clean , a quirky bathroom/en suite, lacking only a shower curtain or screen. On arrival our welcome was delightful despite our lack of french.The owners had left a welcome basket full of tasty local produce Lots of lovely restaurants in the old town area Had a fab week .Corsica is beautiful

  un grand merci pour nos vacances inoubliable, une appartement très luxueux et très spacieux avec une très jolie terrasse arboré dans un quartier très calme. merci également pour cet accueil chaleureux sans oublier votre délicate attention (petit panier garni de produits régionaux) digne d'un 4 étoiles. je recommande.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

  jolie location près du centre ville, une superbe cuisine équipée, un très joli salon, une chambre avec salle de bains attenante (unique salle de bains). L'ensemble est très bien décoré. Je me permets juste d'alerter sur les couchages. Une petite chambre sans fenêtre, le canapé dans le salon n'est pas un couchage confortable et la chambre attenante à la salle de bain est fermée par des portes western. il n'y a pas de possibilité d'intimité.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing.

  Das Appartement liegt sehr ruhig in Calvi. In die Altstadt und zu den Geschäften kommt man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Eine Bäckerei gibt es ein paar Häuser weiter. Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Appartement war ein Traum. Wir wurden ganz lieb empfangen, im Eiskasten fanden wir Getränke, Marmelade, korsische Kekse, ... Die Küche war toll ausgestattet und jeder Raum wurde mit ganz viel Liebe eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer sind geräumig und es war super sauber. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat allerdings kein Fenster. Mit kleinen Kindern würde ich nicht hinfahren, da die Einrichtung etwas ganz Besonderes ist und überall wunderschöne, aber teure Dekos stehen. Abgesehen davon würden wir dieses Appartement sofort jedem ausnahmslos weiterempfehlen. Wir haben noch nie so schön gewohnt.
