Newly redecorated and remodeled, street level, two bedroom, two bath, condominium with an open garden patio. Located in a safe and secure, six unit, gated complex in the heart of the historical part of El Centro, a short, flat and easy walk to the market and Jardin. We are in a wonderful, vibrant neighborhood with remodeled houses, a pastry shop, barbershop, butcher shop and several small tiendas close by. Enjoy a peaceful escape with natural light, green foliage, vibrant colors, pepper trees, lots of birds and the wonderful sounds of bells and the daily rhythms of magical San Miguel.
Everything you need is a short walk away, including excellent restaurants, shops, sight-seeing tours, coffee shops, a grocery store and public transportation. No steps or hills to climb. Our fully stocked kitchen is a joy for cooking. We have cable television, VCR, CD player, telephone and internet service. Our traditional Mexican neighborhood is alive with children, shops, light and colors. Maid service is provided once a week and all utilities are included.
