This charming, family-friendly, three-bedroom home is located on Meredith Neck. In the summer, a short three-minute stroll brings you to one of the most beautiful private association beaches on Lake Winnipesaukee where you will find approximately 300 feet of sandy beach front. The beach boasts a western exposure, towering pines, and a shaded picnic area as well as safety swim lines, floating swim-up raft, horseshoe pits, and bathroom facilities.
In the winter, this property is located approximately 20 minutes to the nearest major ski areas. This is also a great place for skating, ice fishing, and all other outside winter activities.
Located within two miles of the picturesque village of Meredith, New Hampshire. Our three-bedroom cape is attractively furnished, sparkling clean, modern, and well-equipped for your vacation needs. Two of the three bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds while the third bedroom has two sets (four beds) of children's bunk beds complete with safety rails. Pillows and blankets are provided, however, it is your responsibility to supply your own towels and bed linens.
The walk-out basement accesses a large, flat yard (wiffle ball ready!).
Enjoy fine dining, lounges, shopping, cinema, swimming, skating, skiing, and other summer & winter activities along with the scenic lake-side walkways in Meredith Village.

We stayed here for a week in July.Myself, my mother, and my 2 girls ages 10 and 4. Great rental,very well kept. Nice sandy beach. Nice clear water. Great location. Close to alot of attractions. Supermarket at the end of street. We all had a great time.O and one more thing The Mug was a great restaurant.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
