One-bedroom condo on the stunning Palos Verdes Peninsula.
This is the perfect place to get away from the hustle of Los Angeles and relax. Walking distance from market, shops, movie theater, restaurants, and the South Bay Botanical garden. Driving distance to Torrance, Riviera Village, and Point Vicente Interpretive Center.
The Space Stay and experience the beautiful and peaceful Palos Verdes Peninsula. Condo has an Eastern/ yogi vibe and easily accommodates four; with two people sleeping on a couch and chaise. I have meditated and chanted in it a lot, so there is a lot of good energy in the space!
Guest Access Guests will take over my entire condo, consisting of one bedroom, one walk-in closet and dresser, bathroom, living room, dining area with large family-size table, and cozy balcony with outdoor seating for two, BBQ, and chaise for lounging. Guests also have access to the pool, hot tub, coin-operated laundry, club house (with pool tables, ping pong, and foosball), tennis courts, and outdoor fire pit (s'mores!!) on the premises. Feel free to borrow my books, movies, and games; as well as access to Netflix and Hulu+ on large, flat-screen TV. I am often grateful to live in such a wonderful location and space and am excited to share it with others!
Interaction with Guests I will try to be present at check-in to help get you acquainted, but may not always be possible. I am almost always easily contacted by email or phone. I will be glad to offer support and suggestions of activities depending on your interests.
The Neighborhood I love having Trader Joe's and a movie theater nearby, as well as an easy drive to Riviera Village and the cliffs of Palos Verdes, which have beautiful views, restaurants, hikes, and tide pools.
Getting around Condo is approximately 20 minutes from LAX (depending on the time of day) and is best reached by taxi or rental car. If you want to see the area then a car is recommended, but if you just want to lounge by the pool, read, play games, and walk to restaurants, movie theater, shopping, park, and Botanical Garden then no car necessary.
Other Things to Note We don't smoke so the condo does not smell of smoke, I state smoking is allowed with the assumption guests will smoke on the balcony. We have 24-hour security on the premises, though it is an incredibly safe neighborhood and I have never used them. The only thing to be aware of is that my unit faces a small road so you can hear cars driving by. It is not a large road so there are no traffic, honking, braking, etc, just the sound of cars driving on their way to and from work. Despite this, most people comment on how quiet it is here as compared to other areas of Los Angeles. Also, be aware that WiFi is steady, but cell phone service is inconsistent on all of Palos Verdes Peninsula. If you have AT&T then I can add your number to my M-Cell and you will have excellent service in the condo, otherwise it comes and goes.

Year Purchased: 2010
About the owner: I grew up in Orange County and am slowly making my way back there. I attended UCLA and CSUF for school, and now own a private practice where I provide therapy to kids and young adults.
Why the Owner Chose Palos Verdes Estates: I loved the South Bay area since I came here the first time, and a couple years ago had the opportunity to purchase a condo here.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: The clean air in this area is amazing, and I love laying by the pool or eating dinner on the balcony. It is quiet and feels like a vacation or escape form the hectic nature of Los Angeles. The landscaping on the complex is beautiful and relaxing, like living in a Japanese Garden.
