This TWO-bedroom, TWO-bath condo at Bay Point Village has a BREATHTAKING view of the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks at the 24 mile marker. You can see for MILES. This top-level unit has vaulted ceilings, and all the conveniences of home. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed as well as a TV/VCR and an adjoining bath. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed.
There is a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room as well as a TV/DVD/VCR. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a washer/dryer for your convenience. The DECK is complete with a gas grill and patio furniture so you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sunsets while enjoying your favorite beverage.
This QUIET FAMILY complex has 20 acres of manicured grounds along with your choice of two pools and a childrens pool. It offers everything you will need for an enjoyable vacation including many hiking trails, a playground, and tennis courts.
Within 1 mile is the indoor water park at Tan-Tar-A as well as several golf courses. The area also has numerous restaurants and a fabulous 110-store outlet mall.
