Why the Owner Chose Rehoboth Beach
We bought this cape cod home built in 1950 in 2003 as a total wreck. The home was nearly completely gutted and renovated to current sensibilities while maintaining the character of the home. The decor is a eclectic mix of older and modern furnishings. The future will bring a large great room addition and an enlarged upstairs with a full master en suite. Please come and see for yourself.
