While most Sunriver homes have a view of other homes, this highly treed lot is ideal for lounging in our glorious sunroom while soaking up the tranquility of the trees and watching the wildlife.

Our home is close to the river in the upper-scale North End of the resort community and yet centrally located between the Mall, Fort Rock Park, Tennis Hill, Woodlands Golf Course, The North Pool and store.
We are situated on a quiet cul-de-sac so your children can play safely on our large lot far from busy streets. Why the Owner Chose River Village
We feel Sunriver is the most wonderful vacation spot anywhere. With 3 championship golf courses, 27 tennis courts, the river for kayaking and canoing, the bike paths that go thru the community and for miles along the river thru the woods, the horseback riding and ATV riding and tons of activities for children of all ages including the swimming pools. All that and snow sports on Mt Bachelor just 20 minutes away. Sunriver can't be beat. One of our homes is on the river and the other are a very short walk to the river. We West side of Sunriver along the river is the best in terms of tranquility. The east side has trains running thru day and the south end by the mall has too much hustle and bustle for us. We chose our locations carefully for tranquility and convenience to all ammenities.
The Unique Benefits at this House
This home is conveniently located on a quiet cul-de-sac and is far off the road on a spacious lot that is situated centrally within Sunriver and on the West river side of the community. Just an 8 minute walk to the cardinal bridge and the beautiful river. This home has a new King and new Queen Sealy Posturpedic beds and comfy living room furniture as well. We are all about comfort! Our guests love the sunroom which gathers the morning warmth and is a great place to sip your coffee and watch the wildlife frolic by the trees behind the home.

We stayed in this home the month of April while we were installing a nine hole putting course for a family. This home is very clean and well equipped, as well as, having a nice hot tub. The sunroom is so nice to sit and relax, read, and watch the deer, rabbits, squirrels and birds. We definitely would rent this home again. Besides the home being really nice, Kimberlee and Melody are really great! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your nice home.
