Classic Dutch house boat. Rigged as sailing ship. Length 24 meters, wide 5 meters, height inside 2.10 meters. Situated in the centre of the historic city of Groningen, with canals, in northern part of Holland. Amsterdam within 1 1/2 drive by car or train.
This houseboat has central heating, kitchen in the room. 2 toilets, 1 shower. Ship is also to be rented in summer for sailing trips.Therefore only in winter to be rented for staying.(october 15 - april 21).
