This impeccably maintained, professionally decorated, second floor beach block condo has cathedral ceilings and a partial ocean view from the deck. It is located on the recently redeveloped, prestigious 24th Street beach block. Our property has SOLD OUT every year so don't miss your chance to book your Winter, Spring, or Summer, or Fall vacation.
This beautiful second floor Ocean Haven property comfortably sleeps eight in three tastefully decorated bedrooms (two Queen-sized beds and two twin beds that can convert to a King-sized bed when pushed together) as well as a Queen-sized sleeper sofa. We also provide a Pack and Play crib for your little one. There are two spacious bathrooms and a large kitchen/dining area.
Watch a video or DVD on one of three Cable TVs or listen to music on the CD player and relax in the comfortable leather furniture in the family room. Clock radios in two of the three bedrooms. One has a CD player as well.
Grill your favorite foods on the electric George Foreman Grill that is stored in the garage then enjoy your meal at the spacious dining table or kitchen bar area. We have stocked this vacation getaway with a variety of books and magazines as well as family games for your entertainment. Local phone service is provided; if you are wireless, you may gain access to our local wireless airport.
No need to pack beach chairs because they are stored in the garage closet for your use. We also provide sand toys, an umbrella, boogie board, beach toys, beach caddies (one is a heavy duty one), and stroller.
Relax on the deck on the padded rocking chairs and outdoor sofa. This welcoming condo will be a vacation home you will want to visit time after time. Year-round rentals are available for the many exciting weekend activities offered in North Wildwood.
The 24th Street Pier area is extremely convenient to local restaurants, entertainment, Morey's Pier, and the beach. The pier extends close to the ocean so that you won't have to walk far on the hot sand of the free Wildwood Beach.
Off-season weekends, specialty weekends, and holiday weeks go quickly so book early. We only rent to families as the Ocean Haven complex prides itself on maintaining a family atmosphere.

I rented this property twice this summer and we loved the house. The location is prefect - just a few steps from the beach and boardwalk. It's perfect for families with kids as there are no streets to cross. The house is spacious, decorated well and very clean. The owner is also very easy to work with. The garage accommodates 2 cars easily, plus there's lots of beach items for use. I would rent this property again!

Wonderful condo, spacious, clean and excellent location especially with young children or teenagers. Condo is located right off the boardwalk, beach access under the boardwalk and beach cart provided made the trip to the beach very easy. Owner (Sharon) was wonderful to work with and even had us call when we arrived to make sure everything was satisfactory. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend this property. Unit is located on 2nd floor with two car garage and plenty of storage in gargage and the unit ... large closets. Unit is decorated nicely and gives you that real shore feeling. Thank you for a wonderful stay and look forward to returning next year.

Spent Memorial Day weekend at this most stay condo. This is my 2nd stay here & the owners Sharon & Karen make you feel like they have known you all your life! Clean comfortable & spacious are just an easy way to discribe a perfect place to rent down da shore.The building location is perfect. Stayed in this great unit 3 years ago & it was one of the best places I ever stayed in North Wildwood. The owners called me on my check in day to make sure everything was ok. On the deck you can see traffic on boardwalk but without the noise.Would stay again if it was availble!

We had the best time at your place. The place was in a great location. Your place was very clean and roomy. The price was great - we went during firemen's weekend. Karen is absolutely wonderful to work with - I will definitely stay there again in the future. Thank you guys.
