The winter of 2009-10 brought a total renovation to the exterior of this 28 unit building. This included new balcony sliding doors, floor to ceiling! Condominium is highlighted by a full balcony across the living room and master bedroom! Coffee to cocktails on the balcony that includes a chaise lounge, chairs and table as you overlook the beach below. From the airy kitchen, you can watch the ocean in front of you. Both the living room and master bedroom have an entire mirrored wall to enhance each room. Living area bright and cheery. A very well equipped kitchen (cookie sheets, pizza pans...the works)and children friendly. Wet bar stocked with plenty of glasses to include acrylic for balcony and beach use. A children friendly place.
A wet-bar, fully-equipped kitchen, free high speed wireless internet connection, free long distance calling within the US. USE OF SIX BEACH CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS, BEACH TOWELS AND HAMPER OF BEACH TOYS ARE INCLUDED. Departure maid service, pool overlooking the ocean, hot tub, and the beach at your doorstep. You will relax in this location! Over 100 golf courses encompass the Grand Strand along with the finest restaurants and family entertainment. Need an additional condo, two families needed their own space,please call or email for help on this.
Rental of bikes, scooters, golf carts are available on Main Street NMB. A one mile walk to shops, ice cream and pizza parlor ,arcade, and other places to eat. An Irish Pub is one mile in the other direction with an outdoor deck on the ocean with jet ski rental available.
RENT INCLUDES: Linens include sheets with beds made up, bathroom and kitchen linens. We provide 6 beach chairs, 6 beach towels, beach blanket and toys. Departure cleaning, and all taxes are included.

Why the Owner Chose Wellington
After years of renting condo up and down the Grand Strand for our annual golf trip we decided to buy if we found the right property. The key was an open and long balcony, a beautiful view all year on a fabulous beach. Only on owner before our purchase and in perfect condition. Because we use this property for ourselves and family and friends we keep it updated and well equipped. We have numerous repeat renters.

The condo was fantastic, exactly as we expected. The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need including the chairs, umbrellas and beach chairs. The kitchen was awesome and we cooked every meal there, saving money from having to go out. The beach was very quiet as were the neighbors. The pool was very well maintained and very easy to access. The beach in this particular area is very flat pretty far out and the waves very low, making it super for our young children. The local beach authority did a decent job cleaning up the beach each night, running the tractors with screens in the early morning to make sure it was clean and ready each day. When we come back to north Myrtle Beach in the future we will absolutely stay here again. Lynn was fantastic, touching base occasionally before our trip and checking in multiple times while we were there. I could not have asked for a better experience from her and the condo.

I found 56708 just like most... by going to vrbo.com and searching for a Condo at Myrtle Beach. I wanted a 3 Bedroom that would give us space but yet have an area to eat and gather together. So, I took a chance, called the Owner Lynn and began to work out the details. I took my 17 year old neice, 11 year old nephew and 10 year old Godson. The boys LOVED their "fish" room and my neice enjoyed her own space. The Master Bedroom was so nice with the balcony overlooking the Ocean. My sister and my 5 year old nephew stopped by for a couple of days and used the pull out sofa, which she said was quite comfortable. Everything was clean (and I am picky) and I could not have wanted for anything that I didn't have. Lynn was very professional to work with and checked on us to be sure we settled in nicely. The beach was less crowded than any other part around us, due to there being smaller buildings on either side and and then an open area. It was funny each day to see it far less crowded than to the left or right. So, if you are wondering should you rent this Condo, I am saying yes... I just hope not too many read this and then when I want to come back... it's all booked up!

This is a beautiful property. This will be our third year returning. The owners make you feel like family. The condo is always very clean and stocked with everything you may need to enjoy a week at the beach. It's not far from Broadway at the Beach and many nice places to eat. The views are the best. My favorite part is the master suite with balcony. It's a great way to wake up in the morning to beautiful views. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking on VRBO. Lisa, Endicott, New York
