The remaining portion of the house is not rented.
Three cathedral ceilinged sleeping rooms are located upstairs, ship-lapped pine and painted plaster interior both with skylights and views of the water. One 12 foot by 19 foot bedroom with half bath, one 12 foot by 19 foot bedroom with a sink in the room, and one separate 13 foot by 22 foot private loft space. Each sleeping room has a separate stair downstairs, and two are also connected by a small door, perfect for kids.
Located five minutes from Cooks Lobster House and other restaurants on Bailey island, 15 minutes from Brunswick and Bowdoin College, 25 minutes from LL Bean, 30 minutes from Popham Beach and Reid State Park, and 45 minutes from Portland.
